I. Introduction to Work

Subsequently, he was transferred to ccdc- 15 team as deputy platform manager and drilling engineer, and completed the first highly deviated well sam36- 1d in Turkmenistan. This well absorbed the experience and shortcomings in the construction process of sam35- 1h, and improved the technical measures. Within 106 days, well 83 with maximum deviation and well 65438 with a well length of 3028m were completed safely, quickly and with high quality. Later, he was seconded to ccdc- 12 team, and participated in the complex construction of finding point B in the third spudding of sam3- 1h, the second horizontal well in Turkmenistan. During the third spudding of this well, there are some complicated situations such as insufficient pressure loss and increasing pump slope. I quickly organized meetings, revised and formulated technical measures to deal with complex problems, and reported them. Eliminate the complicated underground situation at the first time, repair the drilling hole and meet the drilling requirements of horizontal wells. The horizontal displacement of this well is as long as 60 meters. After the completion of horizontal well construction, I returned to ccdc- 15 team to start drilling met23 well, which was designed as a 2760m vertical well. After I returned to the team, I worked out technical measures in stages, held technical meetings many times, and earnestly implemented technical measures. Finally, Well met23 completed the length of 2900 meters in 42 days, and achieved a good result of 18 hours. The maximum deviation of the well is 1, the wellbore quality is 100%, and the cementing quality is 100%. The construction of the whole well has been completed safely, quickly and with high quality, setting a new record for Turkmenistan to drill a natural gas well of about 3,000m in the shortest time.

Second, safety management

Safety is the premise of ensuring production, and the oil drilling we are engaged in is a high-risk outdoor industry. Dangers and hidden dangers may occur at any time. In order to reduce safety risks and improve safety awareness, we must start from the details. Through the rectification of equipment, the change of environment and the implementation of localization, the working environment of employees will be changed so that every employee can work safely in a safe working environment. Through employee training, study of nine documents and systematic promotion of DuPont Nine, our employees have changed their previous unsafe behaviors and habitual violations ideologically, making the operation standardized and safe, greatly reducing the occurrence of hidden dangers and putting an end to accidents; Through the weekly safety meeting and monthly safety summary, we vigorously promoted the small-scale safety competition of "anti-illegal tree norms", which greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of employees, improved the overall quality of employees, created an effective space for safe and harmonious development, and made our safety work move towards a virtuous circle.

Third, technical management.

Technology is the driving force of production. Only by constantly improving technology management, innovation, development and scientific application in practice can the construction task of each well be completed with high quality, high efficiency and low consumption. During the construction of three directional wells in Turkmenistan, a technical exchange meeting was held at 4 pm every day to summarize the shortcomings in the previous day's construction and the matters needing attention in the next construction. Especially during the construction of well sam35- 1h, as this well is the first horizontal well in Turkmenistan, there is no construction experience to learn from. We can only combine the successful experience of horizontal well construction and tower finger drilling into gypsum layer in China, and then cooperate closely with various professional companies in the process of continuous exploration, and finally complete SAM35- 1 1 day. Subsequently, we successfully learned from the construction experience of well sam36- 1d, especially the relatively mature well trajectory control in sliding steering drilling, which was highly praised by the leaders of Party A and its subsidiaries. During the construction of well sam3- 1h, problems that have never been encountered in the first two wells were encountered. At the third opening, when looking for point B, the underground is more complicated. According to the field situation, we re-formulated the corresponding technical measures, destroyed the small steps and sand layers in the underground, repaired the inclined shaft, made all the indexes in the construction meet the requirements of horizontal well construction, and overcame many external unfavorable factors such as geological reasons, tool reasons and mud reasons. Finally, after the completion of horizontal well construction, we and various professional companies carefully summarized the advantages and disadvantages in the construction process, compiled the Technical Report on Horizontal Well Construction of Directional Wells in Samanjepe Block of Turkmenistan, and applied the technical measures of drilling into rock paste layer in the construction process of met23 well. The drilling footage of 2900 meters was completed in only 42 days, which once again set a new drilling index for Turkmenistan.

Fourth, staff training.

Man is the primary productive force. Only by constantly improving people's quality and skills can we better complete production tasks. Every achievement is inseparable from our hard training. During my one year working in Turkmenistan, I deeply realized this. We are facing not only China employees, but also most of them are local employees. The development of local oil industry is very slow, and most workers put down their sheep whip to work. Because of the language barrier, it has brought many difficulties to our work. However, we succeeded in getting out of the predicament by customer service. First of all, we organize the earthwork personnel of the whole team to make technical disclosure through translators before each drilling, so that every employee can be familiar with the construction difficulties and process of this well. Then make a detailed disclosure of the special working conditions, and make use of the pre-shift meeting to make a detailed breakdown and risk assessment of the work of the class again. Using the mode of "passing, helping and taking" in the class, we can correct and rectify at any time through translation, and constantly improve the professional skills of Turkish employees. After-hours meetings were used to systematically summarize and comment, which further consolidated the skills of earthwork employees. Formed our team's unique training mode of "three exchanges, one pass and one summary". Time flies like water. After a year of colorful training, we are filled with joy everywhere, and the harmony of Sino-Turkish relations is reflected everywhere. Chatting after dinner is also a highlight of our team training. We specially posted some questions and answers about production knowledge on the dining room wall. As long as one person asks a question at dinner, everyone starts to discuss, and in the discussion, everyone makes progress and keeps improving.

Chapter II: Summary of Drilling Work

I 1992 joined the work and have been working in the front line of drilling and production. From a small driller who knows nothing, he became a drilling technician with 10 years experience as a drilling team leader. I like drilling very much. People say drilling is too hard and tiring. I don't think so. I enjoy it. I made up my mind at the beginning of my work that I must learn drilling technology well. At work, I carefully observed how the masters operated the machines, how to core and how to dig coal, and carefully recorded them. After work, I wrote a technical summary of my day's harvest. Please give me some advice, and I have made rapid progress. In the third year of work, I became the monitor. In the sixth year, I took the post of captain. Looking back on my working career for more than ten years, I have a clear understanding of drilling technology construction. Now I

Drilling is mainly to drill a round hole with small diameter and large depth to the surface by mechanical or manual means, and then obtain relevant geological information to provide basic guarantee for the development of resources.

A very important link in drilling is drilling. Drilling methods are usually divided into two aspects. 1. According to the different external force properties and methods of broken rocks, drilling methods are divided into rotary drilling, impact drilling and impact rotary drilling. The second category is divided into cemented carbide drill, steel particle drill, diamond drill and roller drill according to the rock breaking tools (that is, the material of abrasive). The drilling process is the construction process from drilling to final drilling. When drilling, the power machine drives the drilling rig to rotate, and the drill bit cutting tool consisting of drill pipe, core pipe and drill bit is used to cut the rock, so as to continuously drill deep.

Carbide drilling is the most common in coalfield geological drilling. Cemented carbide drilling means that the cemented carbide drill bit breaks the rock at the bottom of the hole under the action of axial pressure and drilling tool rotation, and at the same time, the drill bit is cooled by flushing fluid, and the broken rock particles are discharged (or suspended) outside the hole, creating conditions for the tool to continue to break the rock. Attention should be paid to mastering technical parameters when drilling cemented carbide. WOB, rotating speed and well flushing fluid are controllable parameters, which should be adjusted according to geological conditions and rock conditions during drilling. WOB and rotating force constitute the cutting force of cutting tools to break rock, and increasing WOB is the main way to improve ROP. WOB has a great influence on drilling efficiency and bit life. Only when the unit pressure of the tool acting on the rock is greater than the compressive strength of the rock, can it work in the form of volume crushing, so as to obtain higher ROP and reduce the wear of the tool. In cemented carbide drilling, the bit speed has a great influence on the ROP. Production practice has proved that increasing the number of revolutions will increase the number of rock breaking by alloy tools under the same conditions and scope. The ROP increases with the increase of rotation speed, and the optimum rotation speed required by different rocks is different. There is an optimal limit for the increase of rotating speed, after which the penetration rate will decrease. In cemented carbide drilling, the quality and quantity of flushing fluid also have great influence on drilling speed. It is proved that the penetration rate decreases with the increase of the life or viscosity of the flushing fluid. When drilling production conditions permit, clean water, low solid and solid-free flushing fluid should be used as much as possible to improve drilling efficiency. When drilling cemented carbide, flushing fluid should be used as much as possible, so as to quickly remove rock powder and cuttings, keep the working face at the bottom of the hole clean, improve the penetration rate, and at the same time, it can also play the role of cooling and lubricating the bit cutter, reduce its wear and prolong the life of the bit. However, when the amount of flushing liquid is too large, the liquid flow turns sharply through the bottom of the drill bit, resulting in great water pressure, increased water resistance, great buoyancy on the drill bit, reduced the effective pressure of the drill bit, resulting in a decrease in ROP and an increase in scouring damage to the core and hole wall. When drilling in soft rock stratum, the core recovery rate decreases, which aggravates the collapse of hole wall, increases the wear of water pump, and the water delivery rate is too small, which leads to the accumulation of powder chips on the working face at the bottom of the hole and causes repeated hole pressing.

In short, in drilling production, reasonable drilling technical parameters must be determined according to the actual situation, so as to improve drilling speed and efficiency and create higher drilling economic benefits.

Chapter III: Summary of Advance Drilling Work

First, the implementation of the combination of excavation and exploration

1.In April, according to the company's requirements, our mine established the leading organization of the integrated mining safety system, and issued the Notice on Establishing the Leading Organization of the Integrated Mining Safety System in Zhang Cun Coal Mine with Lu Kuang [2008] No.38 document.

Formulated the management method of integrated operation of mine excavation and exploration, the implementation system of advanced drilling measures, the system of accountability, rewards and punishments, the system of data collation and analysis, and the system of examination and approval of drilling design.

3. Establish a complete drilling record account.

4. According to the mining plan of our mine, the monthly and annual advance drilling network diagram is compiled.

5. According to the requirements of our company, the main roadways for mineral exploration and drilling detection are 2 103 roadway, 2 103 gas roadway, 2 103 cut, 22 belt extension roadway, 22 material extension roadway, 2203 roadway and131. The mined-out areas and geological structures of small coal mines are the north wing belt extension roadway, the north wing material extension roadway, 13 12 downward roadway, 13 12 downward roadway, etc. From June 1 to June 10, the total driving footage is 326 1, 8m, and so on. Three. Highlights and concrete implementation methods of the integration of excavation and exploration

Highlights:

Specific implementation method:

(1) Each team implements the system of digging first and then exploring, and each digging, development team and ventilation team is the main body of the integration of digging and exploring, specifically responsible for advanced drilling. The normal digging and exploring work is carried out by the digging and exploring team, and the geological anomaly drilling is carried out by the ventilation team.

(2) Each mining team should set up a leading organization for the integration of mining and exploration, establish and improve the management system according to relevant responsibilities, and the responsibility lies with people.

(3) Each team has a technician who is responsible for technical guidance and data reporting in each drilling process.

According to the requirements of the integrated document of mine excavation and exploration, there are still some shortcomings in our mine: first, the drilling work is carried out by the excavation team, and the drilling operation needs to be further improved, so our mine has been trained by the training class organized by the education department; Second, the coverage of drilling holes is insufficient, and it is impossible to completely control the geological conditions in front of the working face. Thirdly, in terms of equipment, KHYD40dIA drilling rig is used for advanced detection of normal driving roadway, with limited drilling depth and high drilling frequency. Fourth, when the coal seam cracks develop, the water control device can not be solidified effectively in time, and the purpose of water control can not be achieved; Fifth, because the drilling rig can't core, it is difficult to judge the structural properties when drilling abnormally.
