According to the "Trial Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chengdu" (Adult Issue [2006] No. 11) According to the regulations and the employment needs of various public institutions, in accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", 75 public institution staff members were openly recruited from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment conditions
(1) Qualifications that applicants should have:

3. In-service personnel applying must obtain the consent of their unit and the competent department and submit written materials.
4. Except for positions with special indications on age, the age requirement for other positions is under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1981). Those with a master's degree or intermediate professional title; the age can be relaxed to under 35 years old (born after January 1, 1976); the age can be relaxed to under 40 years old for those with a doctorate degree or deputy senior professional title (born after January 1, 1971) ).
5. Meet the conditions stipulated in the "2011 Public Recruitment Staff Job List for Public Institutions in Chongzhou City" (see Appendix 1 for details).
(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

2. Those who have been dismissed from public office.

3. Registration
(1) Registration time: May 25 to 6, 2011 January 9th.

Applicants should log in to the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network (website: ) during the registration period and select positions that fully meet the application qualifications to register.

(3) Registration Procedure
Applicants should carefully read this announcement and the "Chongzhou City Public Institutions 2011 Public Recruitment Staff Position List" (Annex 1) and other information before applying.
1. Register. Applicants must first register according to the online prompts, fill in basic personal information, and upload a photo (the photo is a recent ID photo of the applicant without a hat, in JPG or BMP format and larger than 3K but less than 160K. Those who do not upload photos as required will be will not pass).
2. Fill in the information. Applicants must truthfully and accurately fill in all the contents of the "Chongzhou City Public Recruitment Staff Application Information Form" (Annex 2). Special reminder: There is no preliminary qualification review for this exam. The qualification review will be organized and conducted after the applicant obtains the interview qualification. Those who do not meet the job qualifications in any of the aspects such as date of birth, major, education, working experience, etc. will be disqualified from the interview and will be responsible for the consequences.
3. Registration and payment. Applicants must register and fill in basic personal information and upload photos before they can register and pay. Applicants should pay the written examination fee according to the online prompts (according to the Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau and the Department of Finance Sichuan Price Fee [2003] No. 237, the written examination fee is 50 yuan per subject). Applicants are requested to read the announcement carefully, fill in the form strictly in accordance with the requirements of the announcement and then pay. No refund will be given if the payment is successful.
Payment deadline: 24:00 on June 10, 2011. Those who fail to pay by the due date will be deemed to have given up automatically.
4. Print the admission ticket. After successfully registering (paying the written examination fee), applicants should log in to the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network in a timely manner and follow the network prompts to print out 2 copies of the "Chongzhou City Public Recruitment Staff Application Information Form" (Attachment 2) for use in the qualification review; And before 24:00 from June 13 to June 17, 2011, log in to the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network with the name and ID number used when registering to print the admission ticket for the written examination. Those who fail to print after the due date will be deemed to have given up automatically.
(4) Registration requirements:
1. Applicants must register in accordance with the positions and requirements announced in the recruitment announcement. Each applicant is limited to one position.
2. The information and materials provided by the applicant during registration must be true and complete. If any fraud is found, the examination or employment qualification will be canceled at any time, and all losses caused shall be borne by the applicant himself.
3. The contact information provided by the applicant when registering online should be accurate, and communication should be kept open during the open recruitment period; after the contact information is changed, the applicant should proactively inform the recruiting unit (028-82310393). All losses caused by the inability to contact the applicant shall be borne by the applicant himself.
4. Exam opening ratio
The exam can only be opened when the ratio of the number of job vacancies to the number of applicants reaches 1:3. If the above ratio is not reached, the examination authority will reduce the number of recruits for the recruitment position or cancel the recruitment position. The reduction or cancellation of recruitment positions will be announced on the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network on June 14, 2011. 5. Examination time, location and results announcement
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written test
Written test time: the morning of June 18, 2011.

(2) Qualification review and interview
The time and place of the qualification review will be announced at the same time as the written test results. The examination authority will determine and publish the list of candidates for qualification review in order from high scores to low scores based on the recruitment positions and number of recruits, interview ratio and written test scores. During the qualification review, all certificates, original certification materials and original ID cards required for the position must be submitted for verification; if you are currently employed, you must provide a written certificate of approval to apply issued by the work unit with personnel management authority to the examination authority; if you graduated in 2011 Students in ordinary institutions of higher learning must provide proof of actual performance issued by the school.
During the qualification review, if it is found that the applicant does not meet the application requirements or has committed fraud, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the loss will be borne by the applicant. For vacancies caused by failure to pass the qualification examination or failure to participate in the qualification examination overdue, the examination authority shall fill in the candidates in equal numbers to participate in the qualification examination according to the written examination scores from high to low.
Those who pass the qualification review will pay an interview fee of 80 yuan and receive an "Interview Notice".
(3) Interview
Please refer to the "Interview Notice" for details of the time and location of the interview. Those who pass the qualification review will receive the "Interview Notice" with their ID cards. The interview ratio is no less than 1:2. If the ratio is not reached, the position will be reduced or cancelled.
Those whose interview score does not reach 60 points will be deemed to have failed the interview.
6. Physical Examination
Determine the candidates for physical examination based on the total scores of the applicants. Calculation of the total score: 50% each of the written test scores and interview scores of those applying for public institutions. Written test and interview scores will be rounded to two decimal places when converted and summarized. Based on the recruitment position and the number of recruits, the examination authority will determine the candidates who will enter the physical examination in equal numbers according to the total score of the applicants from high to low (the list is published on the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network and Chongzhou Public Information Network). If the total scores are the same, the candidates will be selected based on the interview scores. Sorting; if the total scores are the same, the written test and interview scores are the same, the human resources and social security department will determine other assessment methods and select the best candidates.
The physical examination standards for non-teaching candidates refer to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2005] No. 1), "About Further Standardizing the Physical Examination Items for Entrance and Employment to Protect Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Carriers" "Notice on Enrollment and Employment Rights" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2010] No. 12) and "Notice on Revising the "General Standards for the Physical Examination for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" and the "Medical Examination Operation Manual for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Issue [2010] No. 19) shall be implemented; applicants for teaching positions shall be subject to the provisions of the "Sichuan Province Physical Examination Measures for Personnel Applying for Recognition of Teacher Qualifications". All expenses incurred for the physical examination shall be borne by the person taking the physical examination.
Those who fail the initial physical examination may apply to the examination authority for a reexamination within three days of receiving notification of the physical examination results. The re-examination will be conducted at a second-class comprehensive hospital other than the original physical examination hospital designated by the examination authority. The physical examination results of those who apply for re-examination shall be subject to the re-examination results.
For vacancies that occur due to candidates failing to take the physical examination as required or failing the physical examination, candidates will be filled in equal numbers in order of their ranking after the interview. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have voluntarily given up.
7. Assessment
Those who pass the physical examination will be determined by the examination authority to enter the scope of assessment personnel, and the assessment will be organized for them. The assessment work shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Document No. 109 of the Adult Office [2004].
If the recruiting unit and the competent department are unable to conduct the assessment or fail the assessment due to personal reasons, the candidates will be filled in the physical examination and assessment in equal amounts according to their ranking order after the interview.
8. Public announcement
Candidates who pass the assessment will be determined as candidates for recruitment by the examination agency. The notice will be posted on the notice board of the Personnel Examination and Training Center for 7 working days. At the same time, the supervision and reporting hotline will be announced to accept social supervision and reporting.
9. Recruitment and Registration
Proposed candidates with no objections will be reviewed and confirmed by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Candidates applying for financial management positions will be selected based on their final scores.
If the candidates who have been reviewed and confirmed are students from ordinary colleges and universities who graduated in 2011, the recruiting unit should sign an "Employment Agreement" with them, and stipulate the registration deadline and the graduation certificate, Degree certificates, English proficiency certificates and other documents and certification materials required in the application qualifications.
If the person to be recruited after review and confirmation is an in-service person, the recruiting unit and the competent department shall apply for job transfer procedures; if the person is not an in-service person, the recruiting unit and the competent department shall handle the relevant procedures.
The candidates who have been reviewed and confirmed should report to the unit within the time limit specified by the recruiting unit. Those who fail to register after the deadline without the consent of the recruiting unit will be deemed to have automatically given up.
The vacancies caused by the above reasons will no longer be filled.
The staff of public institutions recruited this time are subject to a minimum service year system.
10. Discipline and Supervision
