This recruitment adopts a two-way selection and examination method. The examination is conducted in the form of written test and interview.

(1) Written test

The written test is conducted in a closed-book format, focusing on testing the candidates' basic public knowledge, writing skills, etc. The written test score is 100 points. Those with a graduate degree or above and a corresponding degree are exempt from the written examination. Those who pass the preliminary examination will directly enter the next step.

(2) Qualification review

According to the written test scores from high to low, the number of people to be recruited will reach the difference according to the position (the maximum shall not exceed 1: 3 ratio) to enter the qualification reexamination. Those who fail the qualification reexamination can be made up based on the results of the written examination. Those who pass the qualification review will be issued an interview notice, and they must present the interview notice and their original ID card to participate in the interview.

When applicants participate in the qualification review, they should bring their ID cards, graduation certificates (education certificates downloaded from the Xuexin website are required), degree certificates (degree certificates downloaded from the Degree website are required), and proof of work experience , proof of work experience for the position and other certificates required for the position applied for (issued and stamped by the work unit), qualification certificates that are consistent with the professional requirements of the position applied for, and go to the designated location for qualification review within the specified time.

(3) Interview

The full score of the structured interview is 100 points. On this basis, 1 point will be added to the professional qualification certificate that meets the professional requirements of the applied position, 2 points will be added to the junior professional and technical certificate, 4 points will be added to the intermediate professional and technical certificate, and 6 points will be added to the advanced professional and technical certificate. Points; for any position in the "Recruitment Plan" that gives priority to those with corresponding work experience or qualification certificates, 2 points will be added to applicants who have the qualifications. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will not be allowed to enter the physical examination.
