My suggestion is to find a job first. After all, what if you quit first and can't find a new job in a short time? In addition, try not to let people know in advance, or you may miss a good opportunity. During the time when I was looking for a job, I told many people that the former company leader was going to give me a promotion at the end of the year, but because he knew I was going to resign, he shelved it. Later he asked me what I thought. In this way, I struggled between going and staying for a long time.

If you are going to look for a job before leaving your job, then you need to have an interview plan, that is, when you can go to the new city for an interview and when you can go to work, so that you can take the initiative. At that time, I arranged three days of interview time and took six or seven interviews, so I received an interview call from HR and directly discussed whether the time I arranged was ok or not. I arranged for a long time, and finally chose to interview five companies and got three offer.

Select the submission time according to the situation. Generally, it will be safer after finding a good job. In addition, different companies have different requirements for resignation, and some require to apply one month in advance (such as my previous company).

Even if you resign, you should hand over your existing job before you leave, instead of patting your ass and leaving a bunch of problems for others to wipe your ass. Resignation is a normal thing in the workplace, and there is no need to make the relationship too stiff. What's more, there are many people who quit their jobs and return to their original company. You should make a good impression on your boss at the last minute.

Of course, you don't need to postpone your plan because no one has taken over the work, as long as you have a clear conscience.

This is issued by your original company and needs to be stamped with the company's red seal. This resignation certificate is particularly important, because you will use it in many places in the future, such as handling unemployment benefits, withdrawing provident fund, and even reporting to a new company, so you can try to give them copies instead of originals.

1, interviews need specific arrangements. Generally speaking, enterprises tend to arrange interviews from Tuesday to Thursday, and generally do not interview on Saturday and Sunday. So your plane ticket or plane ticket should include at least two of these three days. Schedule interviews at most twice a day, because it is possible that the company you interviewed also informed others, so leave enough time for yourself.

As for taking time off for an interview, it's really not possible. You can use your annual leave.

For job seekers from different places, besides your business ability and level, the company is most concerned about your stability. You should apply for a new card in advance. When you go to the target city for an interview, it's better to apply for one. Because some banks will require you to handle SMS reminders, pay utilities, buy and sell fund stocks or sleep card, which has been useless for three years, it is impossible to sell cards in different places.

Due to the new regulations, a bank can only handle one card. If you don't cancel the new card, you can only apply for a small number of supplementary cards.

Need to go to the bank to change the reserved mobile phone number. It's very convenient to bind the mobile phone number now. You don't have to run to the bank as before. You can do it on the machine in the lobby, which usually takes 10 minutes. Just bring your ID card, bank card and new mobile phone number. It's quick. In addition, most banks can change their mobile phone numbers in different places, but for some regional banks, it is necessary for you to go.

There are two common ways: calling customer service by credit card or going to the counter (or changing it in different places).

1. With regard to hukou migration, different regions have different policies on hukou, and sometimes different regions in the same city have different policies. You need to consult before leaving the original city, and prepare all the supporting materials that should be issued by the way to avoid traveling again.

2. It is generally not recommended to tamper with files. The safest thing is to put it at home, which is more convenient. If you are going with someone else, you should open a file transfer letter in the talent market when you go to the destination city for an interview, so you can make one less trip.

After opening the file transfer letter, take it to the talent market where your file is located to extract the file and go through the relevant formalities.

To transfer the relationship between party member and party member, you need to open a letter of introduction, that is, you should do it well before you leave. After arriving in the destination city, you can go to the company or local organization department with a letter of introduction+ID card+two one-inch photos.

Because it involves five insurances and one gold, it is troublesome, so I suggest you find a job first and then leave your job.

These two generally don't need special attention. Maternity insurance can be enjoyed as long as it is paid continuously for one year, and industrial injury insurance is available at any time.

The regulations vary from place to place. In some places, you can get it as long as you have a certificate of resignation, and in some places, you can get it if you leave involuntarily. You need to ask the employment bureau.

If you have paid unemployment insurance for more than one year and can get it, you need to bring your ID card+one-inch photo+proof of resignation (some places need a household registration book).

The quota of rural hukou is different from that of non-agricultural registered permanent residence. Rural hukou is paid in one lump sum, while non-agricultural registered permanent residence hukou is paid monthly.

If you are a rural hukou and meet the requirements, it is recommended to remove it, because unemployment insurance is enjoyed where you pay. According to the regulations, I won't go into details here.

These two need to talk.

1, medical insurance, 25 years for men and 20 years for women, which can be enjoyed for life after retirement. It can be broken three times, and each time shall not exceed three months, otherwise the service life needs to be recalculated. However, during the interruption period, you will not enjoy relevant medical treatment.

2. Old-age insurance, which requires cumulative payment 15 years, can be enjoyed for life after retirement. If you break off diplomatic relations halfway, you can renew them, but the treatment you enjoy may have a slight impact.

3. Focus: Pension and medical insurance can be renewed in different places. You need to go to the social security bureau to issue a payment record, and you need to stamp it. At present, there is no requirement for the renewal period, that is, you can wait if you don't want to renew it for the time being, but I suggest that it should be done once.

If I am not in the local area, I can write a power of attorney+the original ID card and entrust a friend to handle it.

You can withdraw this or transfer it. This specific need is based on local regulations, and you can also ask HR.

If your new company has no designated bank, you can go to the bank yourself, and banks such as China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and Bank of China can handle it. It usually takes two weeks to a month.

1. I suggest you start sending your luggage more than one month in advance. You can choose ordinary mail or small package.

My luggage was really heavy at that time, so heavy that I knew the little brother of the postal service very well.

Ordinary mail is slow, but the disadvantage is that you need to pick it up at the post office.

Postal parcels are similar to express delivery, with a delay of one or two days at most, but they can be delivered to your door and are much cheaper than express delivery. The requirement of the box is that the side length is less than 1 m.

2. For the items that can't be sent away, sell them or give them away on idle fish in advance.

It would be great if the company provided accommodation.

If you have friends, you can stay with them now.

If you don't have friends and don't have much budget, you can find a youth hostel or college student apartment to solve it initially, and then find a rental house.

If the job is booked, you can ask HR in advance if there is any recommended accommodation area, and you can look at the house in advance according to HR's recommendation.

Some companies will arrange a unified physical examination before joining the company, and some companies will ask you to have a physical examination yourself. Self-study exam needs to reserve physical examination time for yourself. The general examination is five items of hepatitis B. If you have friends with liver disease, you need to know in advance whether you will have a physical examination, so as not to waste unnecessary time. Many industries or companies do not allow hepatitis B patients to take up jobs.

Some companies will help you deal with it, while others will not. You should communicate this problem with HR when you receive the offer. Cancel the card in time to avoid delaying the payment of wages.

Mainly convenient, avoiding the embarrassment of no change.

When you arrive in a new city, you need to know the surrounding environment, such as the surrounding traffic stations, better restaurants, cost-effective supermarkets, the nearest hospital, where it is suitable for fitness and even where it is more fun.

In the early stage, it is still not recommended to buy too many unnecessary supplies and give yourself a time to reorganize your life.

Residence permit and temporary residence permit are not a concept at all. Some enterprises can help you with these two documents. Recently, it has been reported that the state is going to merge the temporary residence permit with the residence permit, but the temporary residence permit has not been completely cancelled yet.

These two certificates are issued by different authorities and have different functions. The role of residence permit is greater than that of temporary residence permit.

The handling of these two documents is very different in different cities, and some places need to bring the landlord and the room book. It is recommended to ask HR related news in advance. In addition, local portals generally have a very clear introduction.
