Julu domestic waste incineration power generation project is a key project in Xingtai City. The project is located in Xiaoluzhai Town, Julu County, covering an area of 280 mu, with a total investment of about 2.45 billion. The park is characterized by recycling resources, low-carbon environmental protection and ecological civilization. Including domestic waste incineration power plants, industrial waste treatment plants, sewage treatment plants and lithium battery technology development, resource trading, management education demonstration and green financial services.

The domestic waste incineration power generation project is under construction in the park, covering an area of 150 mu, with an estimated investment of 1 100 million yuan and a total construction scale of 2,000 tons/day, of which the first phase is expected to invest 750 million yuan with a construction scale of10.5 million tons/day. Three incinerators with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons are used, and two 65438 incinerators are supported. After put into production, the treatment scale can basically meet the treatment requirements of Xingtai City and its surrounding five counties and one city (Julu County, Longyao County, Nanhe County, Pingxiang County, Renxian County and Nangong City).

After the project is completed, it is estimated that the annual cumulative power generation will be 65.438+0.67 billion kWh, the on-grid electricity will be 65.438+0.38 billion kWh, and the annual domestic garbage disposal capacity will be 547,500 tons. It is equivalent to saving about 63,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO2 emission by about 6,543,800 tons. Flue gas treatment adopts the internationally advanced semi-dry method+bag dust removal+activated carbon jet treatment process, and all indicators of flue gas are monitored online and discharged up to standard. Building a garden-type garbage power plant will truly realize the "harmlessness, reduction and recycling" of garbage disposal and promote the development of "circular economy, energy saving and emission reduction".
