Detailed rules for the implementation of Hefei city greening management regulations

Article 1 In order to improve the quality of urban greening and improve the ecological living environment of cities, these detailed rules are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of Hefei Municipality on the Administration of Urban Greening. Article 2 These Rules shall apply to the planning, construction, protection and management of urban greening within the administrative area of this Municipality. Sixteenth urban greenway planning and construction should be combined with the existing traffic network and public facilities, effectively connect the garden green space system in series, reasonably set up service stations and greenway signs, and form a greenway network. Seventeenth urban waterfront green space construction should fully protect and make use of the natural habitat of the waterfront, the form and materials of shoreline construction meet the ecological and landscape requirements, and the coastline simulates the natural form. The popularization rate of river greening and the naturalization rate of waterfront are not less than 80%. Article 18 The setting of urban protective green space shall meet the requirements of urban sanitation, isolation and safety, and the implementation rate of urban group isolation belts, high-voltage corridor green spaces, water bodies, highways, railways and other protective green spaces shall not be less than 90%. Nineteenth tree-lined parking lots account for no less than 60% of urban ground parking lots.

The tree-lined parking lot should be shaded by planting trees or other permanent greening methods, and the greening and shading area should not be less than 30% of the parking area. Park green space, scenic woodland, road greening and other greening projects invested by the municipal government, and the design scheme of park green space invested by the county (city) district government with an area of more than 50,000 square meters shall be examined and approved by the municipal greening administrative department.
