First, school profile:

Panjin Vocational and Technical College is the first comprehensive public higher vocational college named "Vocational and Technical College" approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Panjin Branch of Liaoning TV University, Panjin Normal School and Panjin Normal College approved by the provincial government. The first dean was Wei Shusheng, a famous educator in China. In 2000, Panjin Finance and Trade Workers Secondary Professional School and Panjin Health School merged into Panjin Vocational and Technical College. In August of 20 13, the school moved to the new campus of Liaodong Bay, thus embarking on a new journey of rapid development.
