What is the origin of the place name of Chang Ying (Hui Township) in Chaoyang District?

According to historical records about the origin of place names, in July of the first year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty, Xu Da and Chang Yuchun led a fleet from Linqing to the north along the canal, even to Dezhou and Tongzhou. Yuan Shundi and his queen and prince fled to Kaiping. On August 2nd, Xu Da and Chang Yuchun captured Dadu in one fell swoop, and changed Beiping into a satrap. General Chang Yuchun, the camp where a Hui army under his command was stationed, was later called "Chang Camp".
