2. Recruitment conditions and qualifications

(1) Basic conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

5. Have high moral character, obey laws and regulations, and be a role model for others.

(2) Registration Qualifications

1. Have a bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time institution of higher learning;

2. Have a teacher qualification certificate, consistent with the major you are applying for (Those who apply for junior high school Chinese, junior high school mathematics, and junior high school English subjects (positions) must have a junior high school teacher qualification certificate or above; those who apply for junior high school or elementary school subjects (positions), and those with primary school teacher qualification certificates cannot teach in junior high schools);

Note: The teachers recruited this time are all assigned to junior high schools, primary schools and teaching points in mountainous towns. These schools are located in remote areas and have difficult conditions, which are more suitable for local candidates to work and live for a long time.

3. Recruitment Procedure

This recruitment process is divided into six steps: publishing recruitment information, registration, examination, physical examination, assessment, and employment.

(3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, both of which are on a hundred-point scale.

1. Written test. The full score is 100 points.

Written test content: comprehensive knowledge and skills in pedagogy, psychology, educational theory and regulations, as well as teaching materials, teaching methods, class management, etc.

According to the written test scores, the subjects (positions) will be divided from high scores to low scores, and the interviewees will be determined according to the ratio of 1:2 between the number of people to be recruited and the number of people who will be interviewed.

Examination time and location:

Written examination time schedule: 9:00 to 11:30 am on April 25, 2015. The written examination location and related requirements are subject to the admission ticket. Candidates Take the exam at the specified time and place with your written exam admission ticket and your valid ID card.

2. Interview. The full score is 100 points.

The interview mainly examines the applicant's subject knowledge, basic teacher qualities, language expression ability, appearance and demeanor, professional expertise, etc.

(1) The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture, focusing on the education and teaching ability and overall quality of the candidates. Trial lecture content: Subject content related to the textbooks currently used in junior high schools in Gongyi City.

(2) The preparation time for the trial lecture is 15 minutes, and the trial lecture time is 10 minutes.

(3) Interview candidates will conduct trial lectures in the order determined by drawing lots. The judges will score on the spot, minus one point and the lowest score, and the average score will be the interview score of the candidate.

The total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%.

(4) Physical examination

1. According to the number of people recruited by the discipline (position), the physical examination personnel will be determined from high to low according to the total score. The ratio between the number of corresponding disciplines (positions) and the number of physical examination personnel is 1:1.2 (rounded).

2. The physical examination shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant standards and regulations for the recruitment of national civil servants. The specific time and location of the physical examination will be notified separately, and the expenses shall be borne by the applicant.

(5) Assessment

Those who have passed the physical examination will be assessed in a 1:1 ratio by discipline (position). The assessment is carried out through investigation, file review, discussion, and evaluation. The assessment focuses on ideological and political performance, moral character, business abilities and work performance related to the position applied for, etc.

(6) Recruitment

Based on the overall results, physical examination, assessment, etc., the candidates to be hired will be selected and determined. 4. Other matters
