The General Office of the State Council stipulates a 3-day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday from September 13th to 15th : From September 13th to 15th, September 13th (Saturday) is a public holiday, September 14th (the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, the Mid-Autumn Festival) is a statutory holiday, and September 14th (Sunday) is a public holiday. September 15th (Monday).

If the employer arranges for workers to work overtime on September 14, the employer shall pay overtime wages at a rate of no less than 300% of the worker’s daily or hourly wages. During the public holidays on September 13 and September 15, if the employer arranges for workers to work overtime, it may arrange compensatory leave for the workers without paying overtime wages. If no compensatory leave is given, the wages shall be no less than those for the workers themselves. Overtime pay is paid at 200% of the daily or hourly wage.
