It was only when we arrived at Tangjialing that we were "lucky" to serve a bus without platform recording. Xiaoyu and I have a division of labor. One hand distributes leaflets and the other hand reports to the platform. When I reported the wrong station name, my face turned red and I apologized to the passengers on the bus again and again. I'm afraid they think volunteers are cruel and make up their minds. They must remember all the platform names at night and use their sincere service to create a good image of volunteers. After arriving at Xiangtun Wharf, I wrote down the mobile phone numbers of two drivers and made an appointment with Master Huang to meet at Zhutanbu near the Finance Bureau at 6: 40 the next morning. The next day, I got on the bus as promised. I tell you that I will start my volunteer trip in the morning, give you leaflets, remind you of matters needing attention, publicize preferential policies, help passengers in need, and so on. Every day after that, I got on the bus on time. On weekdays, after working for two hours, I immediately return to my work station, actively turn to work and finish my daily work; On weekends, I do it for three or four hours, and then I stroll around the city.

I will talk about the precautions for riding four times every day. After three stops from the starting station and starting from the square, I will say to the passengers, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to take bus No.3 ... I am a volunteer on this bus. Here I will tell you a few points for attention. First, please give full play to the traditional virtues of our Chinese nation and give your seat to special passengers such as the old, the weak, the sick, the disabled, the pregnant and the children. Second, the three yellow seats are reserved for the elderly, the sick, the disabled and pregnant women. Please try to give them your seat when you get on the bus in the future. Third, the bus is a public place, please pay attention to hygiene, don't smoke, don't litter, and please try to keep quiet, and passengers who want to chat should also whisper; Fourth, the driver will report to the platform earlier, and passengers who want to get off will ring the doorbell. Passengers who are inconvenient to ring the doorbell will say that they want to get off, let us stop at the station, or just drive away, saving everyone time. Thank you for your cooperation! "

Every time, I try to arrange seats for special passengers in the car. When a special passenger gets on the bus, if there is no seat, I will ask no one to give him his seat. If no one gives up his seat after asking three times, I will take the special passenger to the young man and ask him to give up his seat, and then say thank you to the person who gave up his seat. When you can't make room for him, you will say sorry to him. I am often thanked, tolerant and happy by passengers. It is also more determined that we should use practical actions to guide everyone to develop the habit of giving up their seats independently, rather than our volunteers passively giving up their seats in the car.

Actively promote our bus preferential policies every time. The elderly, the disabled and the blind aged 70 and above can take the bus for free as long as they produce valid certificates (except for the blind). Sometimes when I meet an old man who put in a coin when he got on the bus, I will ask him if he has applied for an old-age card, and tell him that he can apply for an old-age card at the Civil Affairs Bureau if he is over 70, so that he can take the bus for free with a voucher in the future. If I meet a passenger who doesn't coin or mistakenly thinks that he can not coin with a green old-age card and a disability card, I will persuade him to coin, and then tell him that these two are not preferential treatment targets.

Half a month's volunteer life has made me grow, happy and look forward to it. Generally speaking, my volunteer trip is peaceful, because most people in Dexing can ride in a civilized way. But occasionally, I will meet some unreasonable passengers who just refuse to put in coins, which makes me want to get angry. But looking at my ribbon and thinking that I am a volunteer, I put up with it and continued to smile and persuade. It makes me feel a lot more mature. After the opening of the bus, it has brought great convenience to the general public. As a volunteer, I feel very proud. I am very happy to watch the old people form together, take the No.3 bus and visit Dexing with a happy face, especially to see the happy expression of two elderly passengers saying that they will come to Xiangtun again in 20 years. Whenever I get the passengers' affirmation of my service and hear their thanks, I am full and happy. It was this volunteer trip that made me know more about Dexing and its people's enthusiasm, kindness and simplicity. As a foreigner, I am confident and willing to take root in Dexing.

Although half a month's volunteer life is over, the gains from it will always accompany me.
