It is based on this background that when you want to change your job, you have the idea of changing your job and plan to go for an interview. Family or friends around you may object. They may think that your age is relatively stable. After all, you are in the stage of being old and small, and you can't stand the toss. If you don't jump ship well, it will bring great pressure to your life. Or you think your working conditions are quite good now. With the fierce social competition and the influence of the epidemic, you may not be able to find a better position than now if you give up such a high-paying job.

Therefore, job-hopping at this stage needs a rational analysis of the characteristics of its own industry, and it will be more difficult to get employment in industries affected by the epidemic, especially when the current working conditions are not bad. Blind job-hopping is really not worth advocating, because the scope of choice has been narrowed. Unless you have outstanding ability in a certain field and technology and strong competitiveness in this position, you will have a chance to find a better job.
