I see that many employers need work experience. What if they don't?

Just go to the interview with confidence and boldness. It doesn't matter. I am in charge of recruitment. What I wrote in the recruitment brochure also requires work experience, but I also give opportunities to people without work experience. Sometimes I don't necessarily hire experienced people, nor do I necessarily hire inexperienced people. As long as you look for a job seriously and pragmatically, you can definitely apply. You can definitely do it two or three times at a time. If you don't even have the courage to interview, you will never have work experience.
