It doesn't seem to include buying insurance. Is it credible? Not feasible. At the initial interview, I asked for a suit and tie (dressed as a social worker). At the initial interview, the interviewer said a lot of nonsense and basically asked some questions for an hour or so (to test your patience, smile naturally when interviewing). The second interview is basically to ask some professional questions (it doesn't matter if you can't answer them, mainly because you are gentle and don't panic).
