2. Submission of materials

Students studying abroad are also required to provide degrees and academic credentials issued by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Education Service Center authorized by the Ministry of Education (those who graduate in 2023 without academic credentials generally need to provide personal written commitments).

(4) The fresh graduates shall provide employment agreements (except those signed online), and the previous graduates who have not been dispatched during the employment period shall provide registration cards.

(5) If the fresh graduates have signed the employment agreement, they shall provide the approval certificate issued by the department or unit with the authority of employing management (see Annex 3), and may also provide the termination certificate.

(6) Ph.D. graduates are required to provide the main scientific research achievements, papers, works and related materials that have won national, provincial (ministerial) honors.

(7) If you apply for the research direction, or if there is a research direction in the column of other requirements for recruitment positions (including attachment 1, if there are brackets behind the major, the contents in brackets are the requirements for the professional research direction), you must also provide a copy of your academic performance and a certificate of professional research direction (the certificate of professional research direction should be issued by the academic affairs department of the university or graduate department (hospital); The academic achievement form stamped with the seal of the academic affairs department or graduate department of colleges and universities and the employment recommendation form for fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities indicate the professional research direction, which can be used as proof of the professional research direction). Returned overseas students and those who have obtained degrees in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan must entrust the municipal foreign affairs translation center to translate their courses, graduation thesis, professional introduction or relevant foreign language materials that can prove their professional research direction into Chinese and affix their official seals to prove their professional research direction.
