Personally, the unprofessional behavior of the organizers mainly includes the following three aspects.

The first unprofessional aspect is that the organizers lack awe of weather changes and uncontrollable nature. No matter the local residents or the records of local weather changes over the years, we can draw a conclusion that the weather in Gansu Marathon is unpredictable and there is the possibility of sudden extreme weather. The organizer didn't give any notice or reminder to the participants at first, then didn't arrange reasonable first aid measures, and finally passed the buck and threw the problem to the Meteorological Bureau. No matter from which link, the organizer has an unshirkable responsibility.
