CCTV agricultural and rural channel (channel call sign: CCTV- 17, referred to as CCTV agricultural and rural channel or CCTV 17) is a TV channel that mainly broadcasts agricultural and rural programs. The pilot broadcast began on August 20 19, and the second harvest festival was officially launched on September 23.

After the adjustment of this channel, the broadcast duration has been increased from the original 8 hours per day to 18 hours, aiming to focus more and comprehensively cover the theme of "agriculture, countryside and farmers".
