1. Selection Principles

2. Selection conditions:

IV. Selection Procedure

(1) Registration and qualification review:

Registration and qualification review shall be carried out by the Xingqing District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Taking the lead, the Supervision Bureau, the Education Bureau, and the Organizational Office formed a registration qualification review team to conduct qualification reviews. All applicants must provide originals and copies of the following documents and fill in the teacher selection registration form:

6. Mandarin level 2A or above Certificate;

7. All key teachers (training targets) must provide certificates or documents;

10. Those who pass the preliminary qualification review shall pay an application fee of 120 yuan.

(2) Written test. The written examination adopts a closed-book format. The Office of the Teacher Selection Leading Group organizes relevant departments to unify the propositions, prepare papers, and test and mark the papers. It mainly tests the applicants' basic knowledge, professional knowledge and other business qualities and work abilities that meet the job requirements. The candidates for the interview will be determined from high to low in the written test in a ratio of 2:1 to the number of positions to be recruited (50% of the written test score will be included in the total score).

(3) Interview. The interview will be in the form of a trial lecture and a defense. The trial lecture will focus on testing the applicant’s education and teaching ability and professional knowledge level, while the defense will focus on testing the applicant’s organizational coordination and adaptability. The interview will be conducted using a 100-point quantitative scoring method (50% of the interview score will be included in the total score). (4) Physical examination and political review. The comprehensive scores are from high scores to low scores, and the candidates for political review and physical examination are determined in sequence according to the ratio of recruitment quota to number of candidates: 1:1. (5) Approval and recruitment.
