1. Selection Principles

2. Selection conditions:

The selected teachers are on-the-job teachers in public schools in the district, with 3 years or more of relevant teaching experience; they must have corresponding teacher qualification certificates and more than three modules of computer application ability level certificates and Mandarin Level 2A or above certificates.

3. Should have a bachelor's degree, be a key teacher (training target) at the autonomous region, city, or county (district) level or be an outstanding teacher or class teacher commended by the autonomous region, city, or county (district) government, and be between the age of Under 35 years old (born after July 31, 1979).

4. The age of key teachers at the autonomous region level (with certificates or relevant documents) and special teachers can be relaxed to under 40 years old. After registration, they will directly enter the interview process.

IV. Selection Procedure

(1) Registration and qualification review:

Registration and qualification review shall be carried out by the Xingqing District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Taking the lead, the Supervision Bureau, the Education Bureau, and the Organizational Office formed a registration qualification review team to conduct qualification reviews. All applicants must provide originals and copies of the following documents and fill in the teacher selection registration form:

1. ID card;

2. Academic certificate;

3. Professional title certificate, letter of appointment;

4. Teacher qualification certificate;

5. Computer application ability level certificate;

6. Mandarin level 2A or above Certificate;

7. All key teachers (training targets) must provide certificates or documents;

8. All outstanding teachers and outstanding head teachers in autonomous regions, cities, and counties (districts) must provide honors Certificate or commendation document;

9. Three recent 1-inch photos;

10. Those who pass the preliminary qualification review shall pay an application fee of 120 yuan.

(2) Written test. The written examination adopts a closed-book format. The Office of the Teacher Selection Leading Group organizes relevant departments to unify the propositions, prepare papers, and test and mark the papers. It mainly tests the applicants' basic knowledge, professional knowledge and other business qualities and work abilities that meet the job requirements. The candidates for the interview will be determined from high to low in the written test in a ratio of 2:1 to the number of positions to be recruited (50% of the written test score will be included in the total score).

(3) Interview. The interview will be in the form of a trial lecture and a defense. The trial lecture will focus on testing the applicant’s education and teaching ability and professional knowledge level, while the defense will focus on testing the applicant’s organizational coordination and adaptability. The interview will be conducted using a 100-point quantitative scoring method (50% of the interview score will be included in the total score). The interview score and the overall overall score will be 60 points to pass. Those who fail will not be hired.

(4) Physical examination and political review. The comprehensive scores are from high scores to low scores, and the candidates for political review and physical examination are determined in sequence according to the ratio of recruitment quota to number of candidates: 1:1. Those who fail the physical examination and political examination will be disqualified from recruitment, and the vacant places will be filled in sequence based on comprehensive performance.

(5) Approval and recruitment. Candidates who pass the political review and physical examination will be temporarily assigned to the school for probation by the Xingqing District Education Bureau as planned. The probation period will be half a year.
