Course items:

Beginner class for adult primary and secondary students: Bao learns to swim more than 25 meters breaststroke, and can generally reach 50 meters.

Intermediate class: Those who can swim 25 meters or more in standard breaststroke, including those who can swim 200 to 500 meters in breaststroke, and can swim independently in deep water. Learn to turn around and tread water.

Freestyle class: If you can swim breaststroke, learn to swim 25 to 50 meters in freestyle.

High School Entrance Examination Class: Junior students can learn to swim more than 100 meters breaststroke. Intermediate level commitment includes swimming up to 100 meters. Swimming standard for high school entrance examination: (2 minutes 20 seconds for men, 2 minutes 30 seconds for women)
