Notice of Guangzhou Panyu District Labor Employment Service Management Center on Open Recruitment of Staff
According to the Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province, Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Public Recruiters in Guangdong Province (for Trial Implementation) and Detailed Rules for Inspection of Public Recruiters in Guangdong Province (for Trial Implementation), and in accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition and merit-based", it is decided to openly recruit staff of public institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Recruiting unit, scope and target
(1) Recruiting unit and post: Panyu Labor Employment Service Management Center has 2 management posts (level 10).
(2) Recruitment scope: open recruitment for the society.
(3) Recruitment target: previous graduates or social workers who meet the job requirements. "Previous graduates" refer to full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who graduated before 20 10 (inclusive), excluding fresh graduates who suspended their employment in 2009 and 20 10. "Social personnel" refers to those who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by the state, including previous graduates and those who have obtained academic qualifications through adult education.
Second, the qualifications of candidates.
Applicants must meet the following conditions
(1) Basic conditions:
1, with Guangzhou household registration (excluding Zengcheng and Conghua);
2, law-abiding, good conduct, with good professional ethics;
3. Be healthy and competent for the job;
4. There is no violation of discipline and law. In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted.
(1) has been punished by administrative dismissal for less than five years or has been punished by other administrative sanctions during the disciplinary period;
(two) less than five years since the relevant units made a decision according to the Regulations of Guangdong Province on Population and Family Planning;
(3) In the past two years, there has been a violation of discipline in the recruitment (employment) examination, physical examination or inspection of institutions in Guangdong Province;
(four) due to violation of law or discipline, or suspected of committing a crime, the judicial procedure has not yet ended;
(five) other circumstances that are not suitable for employment as stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
The deadline for calculating the punishment period stipulated in this article is the deadline for registration in the open recruitment examination.
5. Candidates' academic qualifications, degrees and professional and technical qualifications must be recognized by the state. The calculation of age, work experience and years of professional and technical qualifications shall be based on July 3 1 and July 20 1 (taking the age requirement of under 35 as an example, the applicant is required to be born after August 1976, and so on for other ages and years). (2) Conforming to the avoidance provisions of open recruitment of personnel in public institutions. Candidates who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the employing unit are not allowed to apply for positions such as secretary, personnel, finance, discipline inspection, etc. of the person in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership.
Three. Registration and qualification examination
(1) Registration method: the online name is used to predict the name first, and then the on-site qualification examination is conducted. If the online forecast name is not completed, on-site registration and qualification examination will not be accepted;
(2) The online registration time for candidates is: August 9 at 20 1 1, 9: 00 am to 1 1, and 7: 00 pm. Candidates can predict their names online through /info/jlb;
(3) On-site qualification examination time: 2011August 12 from 9: 00 am to 6: 30 pm;
(4) Qualification examination place: Guangzhou Panyu Talent Market (Desheng Square, Pingkang Road, Shiqiao, Panyu District);
(5) Documents, materials and related requirements required by the applicant when registering:
1, ID card, diploma and degree certificate, my household registration book;
2. The position form requires proof of relevant qualifications;
3. Family planning certificate or unmarried certificate;
4. All certificates must be provided with originals and photocopies (A4 specifications);
5. Print the "Application Form for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Panyu District, Guangzhou" in duplicate, which will be automatically generated after the online forecast;
6. Two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos.
(7) Applicants should meet the qualification conditions for posting positions, and the materials submitted must be true and accurate, which is consistent with the printed Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Panyu District, Guangzhou. If there is any discrepancy or fraud, once verified, the examination qualification will be cancelled, or the employment will be refused or cancelled.
(8) Applicants must register in person and do not accept entrusted registration.
(nine) applicants who have passed the qualification examination and agreed to apply for the examination shall pay 50 yuan.

Fourth, the exam.
1. The examination is conducted by combining written examination with interview.
2. Written test: The written test consists of administrative professional aptitude test and writing questions. The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, and no reference materials are specified. It is planned to be held on August 23rd, 20 1 1. The specific time and place shall be subject to the admission ticket.
3. Interview: According to the written test results, determine the interviewer according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 5 (if the number of applicants is insufficient, determine the interviewer according to the actual number of applicants). The list of interviewers, interview time and place were published on the portal website of the district government and the website of the District People's Social Security Bureau at the end of August.
The interview is conducted in the form of structured interview, which mainly tests the ability elements such as comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, and language expression.
4. The written test and interview are combined, and the test scores are calculated according to the ratio of 4: 6.
5. The score of passing the exam is 60 points. Those who fail the exam will not be hired.
6. Candidates take the exam with the admission ticket and ID card.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination and evaluation
According to the order of examination results, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the proportion of the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position 1: 1, and the physical examination standards are implemented according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial). Those who pass the physical examination are determined as the assessment objects.
Before taking part in the physical examination, the physical examination object shall provide the appraisal certificate of academic degree (degree) certificate to the recruiting unit. Candidates who fail the physical examination or examination, or candidates who are disqualified for other reasons, the recruitment unit can fill in the candidates in turn according to the examination results among those who pass the examination.
Intransitive Verb Propaganda and Employment
According to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, the employing organization of the employer puts forward the list of persons to be employed, which will be publicized for 7 working days through Panyu District Government Information Network and Panyu District People's Social Security Bureau website. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
Seven. Related treatment
The hired personnel are included in the management of the recruitment unit's career establishment, and the employment contract is signed according to the regulations, and the probation period is agreed. Eight, matters needing attention
Applicants should take the initiative to inform the current employer of their intention to apply for the exam and obtain the consent of the current employer before they can apply for the exam. The applicant shall bear the consequences of not being hired by the employer without the consent of the employer.
