Review materials of teacher recruitment examination interview

After the written test, according to the written test results, on-site qualification examination shall be conducted for those who intend to enter the interview, and the following materials shall be provided for on-site qualification examination:

1. written test admission ticket, second-generation ID card, academic qualifications recognized by the state, degree certificate (full-time fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities should submit the employment recommendation form issued by the school and can graduate normally), employment registration certificate, teacher qualification certificate (if it cannot be provided temporarily due to the epidemic, it shall be implemented according to document No.2014. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2020] No.24, submit the original and copy. For positions with professional requirements, the major of graduation certificate submitted must be consistent with that filled in at the time of registration.

2. Directional and entrusted personnel, as well as full-time college graduates and on-the-job employees who signed employment agreements with the employer in 2020, also need to provide a letter of consent issued by the department (unit) with authority of the employer.

3. Applicants who have returned from studying abroad need to provide relevant certification materials for academic degree certification of the national education department.

4. China citizens among Hong Kong and Macao residents are required to provide Hong Kong and Macao residents with passes to and from the Mainland.

If the results of on-site qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of on-site qualification examination shall prevail. If the examination fails to meet the post qualification requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled. In the process of qualification examination, vacancies arising from waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results within the specified time.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who does not meet the conditions for applying for the exam or practices fraud and other irregularities, no matter which stage or link, will be disqualified once verified.
