Passed three interviews in one hour

At each interview, the "examiner" would repeatedly emphasize the importance of participating in training.

At 1:30 pm on December 16, the reporter participated in the recruitment of ATV Huatian under a pseudonym. The interview location was in Room 408 of Zhenyu Furniture City in the northeast corner of Anzhenqiao. The staff said that this is ATV Huatian. The Human Resources Department of the Second Branch.

Room 408 is less than 100 square meters and has only three rooms, a lobby, an administrative office and a human resources office. There are two desks and three sofas in the hall. After filling out a rough resume and answering a simple test question, the reporter was able to start the interview.

The first interview with the reporter was a female staff member. The reporter said that she did not bring a copy of her ID card or academic certificate, and she made no comment.

Then she began to quickly introduce the basic situation of ATV Huatian to reporters in an endorsement-like tone - ATV Huatian was formerly known as Zhongtian Hengji Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd., and was later acquired by Shandong ATV Group in Beijing. There are 23 branches, headquartered in Liuliqiao ATV Building, mainly engaged in real estate brokerage activities. She required the reporter to receive training in real estate agency after passing the interview. The training period is three days and the tuition is 300 yuan. She said that after passing the exam, you can go to a branch of the company for a trial period. The company will refund the full training fee when the one-month trial period is over and you are paid.

The reporter said that she just wanted to apply for an administrative assistant position, but she said that even if she is an administrator, she still needs to know something about real estate agents and needs training.

The reporter expressed that he wanted to participate in the training as soon as possible. Five minutes later, Ms. Liu from the Human Resources Office directly conducted a retest on the reporter. The content of the retest was similar to that of the initial test. After Ms. Liu introduced the company's basic situation again, she also emphasized the importance of training to reporters. The reporter quickly passed the reexamination.

The last step was the interview with manager Shi Lei. Shi Lei's entire interview process took less than 10 minutes. From beginning to end, he almost never asked the reporter about his personal situation. He still emphasized that new employees need to participate in training first. Later, he told reporters that he could ask Ms. Liu to sign an employment agreement.

After signing the agreement, Ms. Liu gave the reporter a letter of introduction and asked the reporter to attend a three-day real estate knowledge training at a training school called Golden Chaoyang.

Read the book for half an hour to pass the exam

The exam content is very simple and covers the key points of the exam. The reporter only attended one day of class and spent half an hour reading the key points before passing the exam.

On the afternoon of December 16, the reporter came to the Golden Chaoyang Training School, located about 200 meters east of the Jintai intersection of Chaoyang North Road. After paying a training fee of 360 yuan and a material fee of 48 yuan, a middle-aged woman told reporters that due to classroom arrangement problems, the training was reduced to two days, the 17th and 19th, about 5 hours a day, and the exam was on the 20th.

The training materials are a two-volume set of "Business Knowledge Related to Real Estate Brokerage" with a total of 200 pages, taught by a teacher named Ma; the other is a 74-page "Practical Real Estate Marketing Representative" "Handbook" is taught by a teacher named Wei. The two teachers were about 30 or 40 years old, and both claimed to have long-term experience working in real estate companies.

In the two-day training, the two teachers mainly taught the content of the textbook and drew the key points of the exam on the textbook before the exam. The reporter successfully passed the exam.

After paying an additional 20 yuan for the production fee, the Golden Chaoyang Training School issued a "Completion Certificate" to the reporter. The training school said that the state does not recognize this certificate and that its main purpose is to prove to the company that employees have received training in the basics of real estate.

Inexplicably sent to another company

The business manager said that Metro Land and ATV Huatian are two different companies, but many similar companies including these two companies There is a talent-sharing partnership between the companies.

On the afternoon of December 27, when the reporter returned to ATV Huatian with the "Certificate of Completion", the staff here were still calling applicants to come here for interviews.

The female staff member who was a first-time reporter asked the reporter to report to "Manager Li" in Room 2304, Building 18, Shuangjing Baihuan Homestead, with the agreement and certificate, and said that it was a branch of ATV Huatian.

On the afternoon of that day, the reporter found Room 2304, Building 18, Shuangjing Baihuan Homes, but there was a sign of "Urban Land Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Urban Land) hanging outside the door of the room. A human resources manager who claimed to be surnamed Shang received the reporter. He did not read the reporter’s training "Certificate of Completion" at all. After taking away the employment agreement signed by the reporter and ATV Huatian, he asked the reporter Pay the training fee of RMB 110 first (including the badge fee of RMB 10). He promised that the training fee of 110 yuan will be fully refunded in the salary when the salary is paid after one month of probation. The so-called trial period starts with a week of market research, followed by a week of practicing communicating with customers on the phone, and then giving reporters a batch of houses to start the actual operation of house leasing.

The business manager said that the reporter was assigned by ATV Huatian to Urban Land for practical business training. After the one-month probationary period, he will make an assessment report based on the reporter's performance, and he will be able to pass the assessment. After becoming a regular employee, you can freely choose to return to work in ATV Huatian or stay in Urban Land.

The company refused to refund the training fee

Regarding the issue of not returning to ATV Huatian for trial as agreed, Shi Lei explained that he also received temporary arrangements from the head office, but if the applicant did not If you are willing to go, it is a unilateral breach of contract and you need to pay a penalty of 300 yuan.

On the morning of December 28, the reporter asked to see a copy of Metro Land’s business license, but the business manager said he did not have it. The reporter suggested that he could go to the head office to have a look, but he only told the reporter that Metro Land’s head office was in Caihu Ying Pengrun Homes, but did not tell the reporter the specific house number.

The reporter asked the business manager to withdraw from the training and requested a refund of the training fee of 110 yuan. The reason was that ATV Huatian violated the employment agreement and assigned the reporter to another company, and Metro Land did not even provide the most basic legal certificate. Unable to issue.

However, the business manager said that the reporter signed an employment agreement with ATV Huatian and should negotiate with ATV Huatian first. The 110 yuan paid by the reporter was Urban Land's internal training fee, and no receipt was issued according to the company's internal regulations. When the reporter asked which specific regulation it was, he also said he could not tell the reporter. The reporter then returned to the second branch of ATV Huatian and asked why ATV Huatian, which claimed to have 23 branches, assigned employees to other companies for probation. Many students in the same class were also deceived

The experiences of the students who participated in the training with the reporter were different, but the result was the same, none of them found a job.

A trainee who signed a contract with Tianhong Brokerage also resigned after being assigned by the company to another company for trial and failed to get back the training fee. A trainee who signed a contract with Wancheng Jiahua said that after passing the exam, he heard about the disappearance of Wancheng Jiahua before he could get the certificate.

The experiences of other contracted trainees were the same. Either the contracting company disappeared, or they were assigned to other companies for probation, and in the end they did not get a formal job.

A chaotic and changeable recruitment history

Since May this year, recruitment information for Zhongtian Henderson and ATV Huatian has frequently appeared on websites and newspapers, and their office locations have also appeared Keep changing.

On June 7, the recruitment information of Zhongtian Hengji that appeared in the Beijing Talent Market News showed that the company’s interview location has been changed to Room 416 of Zhenyu Furniture City. False recruitment information

Since Zhongtian Henderson received multiple complaints about suspected fraud in 2004, its brokerage qualification is currently in custody at the Construction Committee. After completing relevant procedures this year, Zhongtian Henderson changed its name to ATV Huatian Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd., and its legal representative is still Zhang Haifei.

But since June this year, ATV Huatian has introduced itself as follows when publishing recruitment information in many media such as Zhaopin Recruitment Network (www.zhaopin.com): ATV Huatian was established in 1995 On April 8, the registered capital was “1,000,000,000 RMB”.

On the afternoon of the 28th, when reporters asked Shi Lei, manager of the human resources department of ATV Huatian Branch II, about the above recruitment doubts, Shi Lei changed his story and said: "Our head office is ATV Huatian and we just moved to Daxing a month ago. Shi Lei said that the recruitment work for the second branch has only been carried out for a week, and more than 50 people have been recruited so far, and the recruitment work is about to end. After checking the Beijing Real Estate Transaction Management Network, the reporter found that "Wancheng Jiahua", "Global ATV", "Rongtai Hengxin" and Real estate brokerage companies such as "Tianhong Brokerage" do not have real estate brokerage qualifications.

The reporter asked Shi Lei to provide the address of the head office and the contact information of the person in charge, but Shi Lei said that he did not have the phone number of the person in charge.
