Which part of the Philippines is closer to Manila International Airport?

NAIA of Manila Airport is not far from the urban area, less than 10 km from the bay view. It is true that traffic jams often occur on Rojas Avenue, but it takes half an hour to get to the hotel at most. Actually, I don't recommend staying in Bay View. The facilities are quite old and the price is not cheap, but the location is better. If you don't need to stay for just one night, you can live near the airport.
