Shiyan Liulin Kindergarten is located at No. 21 Liulin Road in the center of Shiyan City. It was built in 1972 and was originally named Yunyang District Administrative Agency Kindergarten. Before 1984, the kindergarten was affiliated to the Prefectural Committee Administrative Bureau. It was renamed Shiyan Liulin Kindergarten in 1997. It is affiliated to the Shiyan City Education Bureau and is a public kindergarten run by the government.
