The first-class constructor qualification examination consists of four subjects: construction engineering economics, construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge, construction engineering project management and professional engineering management and practice. Among them, professional engineering management and practice has 10 professional categories: construction engineering, highway engineering, railway engineering, civil aviation airport engineering, port and waterway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, communication and radio and television engineering, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering.

The registration time for the first-level constructor exam is generally May and June of each year, and the specific registration time is published online in the local personnel testing centers.

Registration requirements for first-class construction engineer: 1. Working years include years before and after obtaining academic qualifications. For example, to apply for a first-class constructor, you only need a bachelor's degree and have worked for 4 years. After obtaining a bachelor's degree, you don't need to work for 4 years.

2. if the situation of continuous education is: junior high school >; High school > full-time undergraduate (junior college), then the working years can only be counted from the year when full-time undergraduate (junior college) graduated.

3. if the situation of obtaining academic qualifications continuously is: junior high school >; High school (technical secondary school) > part-time undergraduate (junior college), then the working years can be counted from the year when high school (technical secondary school) graduated. Because it can be explained as: I have been working since I graduated from high school, and I have made unremitting efforts to get a part-time science calendar in my spare time.

4. if you have obtained academic qualifications: junior high school >; High school (technical secondary school) > interruption for n years > For part-time undergraduate (junior college) courses, the same working years can be counted from the year of graduation from high school (technical secondary school).

5. if you have obtained academic qualifications: junior high school >; High school (technical secondary school) > interrupted n years > full-time undergraduate (junior college), then the work experience is N+ full-time undergraduate (junior college) graduation year. Of course, you may need a certificate to prove that you have worked for N years after graduating from high school (technical secondary school), and your age is 18. Special attention: The above 3, 4 and 5 situations need to be judged according to local policies. Some areas do not recognize the working years after high school education, and the minimum education is secondary school education. Please base on local policies.

Exemption conditions for some subjects

Those who meet the above-mentioned application conditions and have obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises issued by the former Ministry of Construction before 65438+February 3, 2003/KLOC-0, and meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from taking the two subjects of construction engineering economics and construction engineering project management, and only participate in the two subjects of construction engineering regulations and related knowledge and professional engineering management and practice.

1. Employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy.

2 with engineering or engineering economics college degree or above, engaged in construction project construction management for 20 years.
