You can join the army through the following channels:

1. Join the army as a voluntary soldier!

College students can join the army as a voluntary soldier under the age of 22!

2. Conditions for becoming a non-commissioned officer directly:

The candidates for recruitment of non-commissioned officers must be those who have passed the training in secondary (higher) vocational and technical schools (academies) and obtained the initial certificate issued by the state. A male citizen with a professional qualification certificate of (intermediate) level or above and a corresponding major. The basic conditions are: (1) The political review and physical examination meet the political and physical conditions for enlisted citizens to serve in active service; (2) Those who graduate from secondary vocational and technical schools must obtain a junior vocational qualification certificate or above issued by the state and be engaged in this major Those who have worked for more than one year; those with a college degree or above must obtain an intermediate or above professional qualification certificate issued by the state. They can recruit fresh graduates or professional and technical personnel from enterprises and institutions; (3) The age is generally not more than 25 years old. Those who are in special need of the military and have a technician professional qualification certificate can be relaxed to 27 years old. The age group has been narrowed compared to the original regulation, which was that the age is generally not more than 28 years old. For those with special professional needs in the military or with technician or senior technician professional qualification certificates, the age can be relaxed to 30 years old.

3. Special recruitment as officers!

The army recruits full-time fresh college graduates from certain key local universities to work in the army every year! Those with an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) are awarded the rank of deputy company-level lieutenant, and those with a master's degree are awarded the rank of full-company-level captain. Doctoral degrees are awarded the rank of major. If the army does not recruit from your school, it depends on your family's relationship!

Conditions for fresh university graduates to join the army:

(1 ) must be non-directed graduates of national missions from full-time ordinary colleges and universities. Graduates from self-study examinations, adult education, orientation, commissioned training, preparatory courses, junior college to bachelor's degree, and military academies trained for local areas are not included in the acceptance scope.

(2) Academic performance and graduation qualifications. Foreign language must have passed CET-4 or above (for English majors, professional English must reach CET-8 or above). If the comprehensive test score ranks among the top 1/2 of the class, the cumulative retake examinations during college shall not exceed 5 times. Relevant graduation and degree certificates must be obtained upon graduation.

(3) Meet the physical examination standards for students recruited into military academies. Among them, the height of boys and girls should not be less than 1.66 meters and 1.60 meters respectively. The naked vision of both eyes is not less than 4.6. Undergraduate students must be no more than 24 years old, and master's and doctoral candidates must be no more than 29 and 34 years old respectively.

4. Those who have graduated from a university, have a bachelor's degree, and are no more than 26 years old, can apply for a master's degree in a military academy. After graduation, they can work in the army and be awarded the rank of company-level captain!
