Ninghai county water group plans to openly recruit staff for the society because of its work needs. According to the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff of Ninghai County Government Investment Company, the relevant recruitment matters are hereby announced as follows:

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

The recruitment target is full-time college graduates (including 20 1 1 fresh graduates) who are students or permanent residents in Ninghai county. Please refer to the attachment for specific requirements.

(2) Recruitment conditions

Three. Recruitment procedures and timetable

Open recruitment is divided into seven steps: open registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment and employment.

1, registration is open. Those who meet the registration requirements shall hold their resident ID card and household registration book (copy of the first page of the collective household registration book or the collective household registration book and the original of their information) at July 10, June 16: 30 (8: 30 am to afternoon 16: 30).

2. Qualification examination. Candidates are requested to fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff of Ninghai County Government Investment Company (in duplicate) and accept on-site qualification examination. Those who pass the examination will be issued with a notice of quasi-examination. If the number of applicants is less than 2 times the recruitment target, the number of indicators shall be reduced as appropriate. Candidates will get the admission ticket from July 1 18 to July 19 and 2065438 at the county water group (No.68, Outer Ring West Road).

3. written test. See the admission ticket for the specific location and test time. Candidates take the written test with the admission ticket and ID card. The written test content is Comprehensive Basic Knowledge and Application, and the written test score is 100, accounting for 50% of the total score.

The written test results can be found on Ninghai Personnel Establishment Network () within five days after the written test.

4. Interview. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to twice the recruitment index (less than twice the actual number). Announce the interviewer, time, place and other information on Ninghai Personnel Establishment Network ().

The interview time will be announced separately. Interview results 100%, those below 60 will be eliminated, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. The interview score accounts for 50% of the total score.

5. Physical examination. After the interview, among those who pass the interview, the written test score is divided by 50%, and the interview score is multiplied by 50% to synthesize the total score, and the physical examination object is determined from high score to low score.

Physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the national civil service recruitment standards, and shall be organized and implemented by the employer, and those who fail the physical examination shall be eliminated.

6. evaluation. The employing units shall formulate assessment methods with reference to the relevant assessment policies of civil servants and institutions. According to the ratio of recruitment index 1: 1, the examinees are determined from high score to low score among qualified medical personnel. Those who fail the examination will be eliminated, and those who pass the physical examination will be replenished from high score to low score.

7. Employment. Those who pass the examination will go through the employment formalities after three days of publicity without objection, and Ninghai Water Group will sign a labor contract with the hired personnel. Those who practise fraud or disobey the arrangement during the probation period, or fail to pass the examination, will be disqualified and the labor contract will be terminated.
