Information about Taoyuan Town, a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, is urgent. Add ten points
Taoyuan Town, also known as Peach Blossom Garden, is located in the southwest of Wujiang, Suzhou. Located at the southernmost tip of Jiangsu Province, it is embedded in northern Zhejiang in an isosceles triangle. It faces Wuzhen, Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province across the river in the south, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province in the east and Nanxun Town, Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province in the west. Its geographical location is very unique. Historically, the total length of the border lines around the towns of two provinces (Jiangsu and Zhejiang), three states (Suzhou, Huzhou and Jiaxing) and four counties (Wujiang and Jiaxing) was 56.5 kilometers, of which the border line with Zhejiang was 32 kilometers long, with a total area of 90.6 1 square kilometer.
Taoyuan Town has a long history. According to the textual research of the ancient cultural site in Wu Ziwei, Guangfu Village, as early as 6,000 years ago, our ancestors lived here. On this land, there are sites such as "The Prince of Wu left the Palace", "Jixian Pavilion" and "Ship Harbor" left by wuyue during his campaign. In the early years of the Western Han Dynasty, Yan Jidao, who was as famous as Sima Xiangru and Mei Cheng, died and was buried in Fengtan, east of Tongluo. In the thirty-sixth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1608), it was submerged in the water and rebuilt in the fourth year of Chongzhen (163 1), so the gong was also called "Yan Tomb". In addition, there are many stories about Shen Wansan's hometown of Shenzhuang Village, Shenzhuangyang, Taodun and Tian Liang Bang in taoyuan town.
At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Dai Jingben, assistant minister of the Ministry of War, abandoned his post and lived in seclusion here, leaving a famous article "Where to go to peach blossom, so that there is a source of living water", hence the name Taoyuan. There is heaven above, Suzhou and Hangzhou below, and Taoyuan in the middle of Suzhou and Hangzhou. "This land is connected with the lake, and you are in an isolated paradise." "Inquire about fishermen and want to visit Taoyuan crutches; Jinliang is adjacent to the ancient temple, so I am free to listen to the bells in the bamboo. " Taoyuan dialect is gentle, and Wudi Mandarin is commonly used.
Xanadu, Peach Blossom Garden has beautiful scenery, and Taoyuan produces talents and beautiful women. There is also a saying that since ancient times, "beauties have gone out of Taoyuan", Suzhou has beauties, and Suzhou Jiali is Taoyuan. The beauties in ancient Taoyuan include Xie Qiushui, Song Azi, Sha Jiuqi and Bai Mudan. Qianlong's "Four Ku Quanshu" contains: "The former palace, the harem and the West Palace are in the west of Shenzhang Lake (now Shenzhuangyang in Taoyuan) in Wujiang County, and Wang Wufu's tea is out of the palace. In the 60th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (172 1), the following words were written in "Continued Records of Wujiang County": "Fifteen counties ruled 110 miles southwest, Leicun, Yicun, Julie, Zhang 'ao, Xigong and Xu Shu; Sixteen to the southwest of the county 120; According to the exact records of Chen, Ji Xian, Qian Gong and Hou Gong, the building sites of Qian Gong, Hou Gong and Xi Gong mentioned here are located in Houcun and Xiting in taoyuan town today.
The land of Taoyuan bordering wuyue in the Spring and Autumn Period belonged to the State of Wu first, and then to the State of Yue. During the Warring States period, it belonged to Chu. In the twenty-fifth year of the King of Qin (222 BC), the State of Qin pacified the Jiangnan area of Chu, set up Huiji County, ruled Wu (now Suzhou) and led 26 counties (including Wuxian, Wucheng and Youxian). In twenty-six years, Qin destroyed six countries and divided them into thirty-six counties. Huiji County remains unchanged, and the land of Taoyuan belongs to it. From then on, Wujiang became a county in Hou Liang Kaiping for two years (908).
"Wujiang County Records" The land of Wujiang belongs to Wu in ancient times. In the twenty-fifth year of the Qin Dynasty (the first emperor) (the first 222 years), Huiji County was established, originally belonging to Wuxian County, and named after the whole county (Jiaxing in the Three Kingdoms). From then on, in the second year of Kaiping, Hou Liang (908), Wujiang belonged to Jiaxing in the south and Wuxian in the north. According to this statement, Taoyuan is included in the scope of "Jiaxing in the south" (by the county). According to the Records of Wujiang County in the 12th year of Qing Qianlong (1742) and the Records of Zhenze County in the 19th year of Qing Guangxu (1893), in the 3rd year of Liang Kaiping, Wu County was conquered by Wang Nan, and Wujiang County was established. There are also records in Jiaxing Prefecture. Pan's "Songling" says that the Yan Tomb used to belong to Xiuzhou, and later the land south of Yan Tomb was immediately divided into Wujiang in the north of Jiaxing, and now it borders xiushui county. This statement is basically consistent with the description of "Jiaxing belongs to the south" in the newly compiled Wujiang County Records, and it is a record that "Yan Tomb and its land to the south" in Taoyuan belonged to Jiaxing (Youquan County) from Qin Dynasty to the early Tang Dynasty. However, there is a saying that the land to the west and south of Wang Ping (including the land of Taoyuan) belonged to Wucheng County before Wujiang County was established: Lu Xiong's "Records of Suzhou during the Ming Hongwu Period" (1368- 1398) said: "Pingwangyi is forty-five miles south of the county, and the Tang Dynasty belongs to Xing Wu County. At the end of the Kaiyuan period (7 13-74 1), it began to head for Wuxian, Suzhou, and reached Xunxi (Nanxun) more than 50 miles to the west, separated from Wucheng. According to "Xing Wu Tongzhi": "In the 28th year of Kaiyuan, Shu Ren, Suzhou was ashamed of Yuanzhou, so Wu Cishi was invited to follow the crowd and cut the three townships of Taihu Lake and Dongting Lake for communication". He also said, "Guanhe River runs from Pingwangyi to the north, 250 steps south of the county boundary, and 26 miles south of Jiaxing county boundary. Sedimentation time is long and transportation is difficult. In the fifth year of Yuanhe, Huzhou Cishi Fan was forced to leave and was pulled into Suzhou. There are also records in Wujiang County Records and Zhenze County Records during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty: "From the Qin Dynasty to the early Tang Dynasty, Songling belonged to Wujun and Wucheng. At the end of Kaiyuan, Wu cut Wang Ping, the Yiwu city in Dongting Lake of Taihu Lake, which also belonged to Wu. "According to the analysis of the above records, the places to the west and south of Pingwangyi belonged to Wucheng County before being assigned to Wuxian County. Among them, Pingwangguan Hexi to Xunxi is more than 50 miles, and Kaiyuan (740) was placed in Wuxian County, Suzhou. Huzhou Cishifan dredged the canal (8 10), and the post station went south to Suzhou. Other local chronicles include Zhenze Town Records and Gui 'an County Records and Areas in the 24th year of Qing Daoguang (1844). While confirming that the land to the west and south of Pingwangyi belonged to Wucheng from Qin Dynasty to the early Tang Dynasty, the official records of Huzhou Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty recorded: "In the third year of Taikang (282), Emperor Wu of Jin moved eastward from Dongxiang in Wucheng to Pingwangguan River (now the ancient canal in the south of the Yangtze River), and there were two Dongting mountains in the north, which connected to Tangbei. According to the record of "Pingwangguan River in the east and Wuzhen in the south", the land of Taoyuan is included, which is the record that Taoyuan belongs to Wucheng from the pre-Qin Dynasty to the early Tang Dynasty. At the end of Kaiyuan, Taoyuan belonged to Wuxian after seeing the land. According to the Records of Wuzhen, "The first emperor unified China, abolished the enfeoffment system, set up counties, and the town belonged to Huiji County, between Chexi (now Wuzhen River), with Wucheng in the west and Youquan in the east, and Qing Wu began to analyze." In the fifth year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty, Qingzhen belonged to Tongxiang County, Jiaxing Prefecture, and Wuzhen still belonged to Wucheng County, Huzhou Prefecture, and remained unchanged until the Qing Dynasty. "In the Republic of China 19 (1930), there were districts below the county level, among which Qingzhen belonged to Qinglong District of Tongxiang County and Wuzhen belonged to fourth area of Xing Wu County", until "1950, the two towns of Qing Wu merged, and Wuzhen belonged to Tongxiang County and was placed under Jiaxing Special Zone", which on the one hand explained Wu and Wuzhen located on both sides of Chexi. Second, Wuqing Town is bounded by the natural boundary-the river (Chexi).
Similarly, with the river as the boundary, Taoyuan is bordered by Qingzhen, which originally belonged to the county, and Wuzhen, which originally belonged to Wucheng County. There is also an obvious dividing line between these two parts of land, that is, Zizhetang. The southern end of Zizhetang is connected with Chexi, an urban river in Wuzhen. "The land south of Yan Tomb" can be regarded as the area bounded by Yan Tomb River, with Dadetang in the west and Sanguandang and Yan Tomb Pond in the east. Its most obvious boundaries are: Lanxitang in the east, bordering Zhejiang (that is, bordering Qingzhen and Xiushui counties, which used to belong to Youquan County), and Zitongtang in the west, which is in addition to the north of Yan Tomb City in the past.
Textual research in other places: 1 Taodun Village is located in the northwest of taoyuan town, from Guang Chuan Bay to Xiashadou. There are 1 sub-provincial dikes about 400 meters long, which are bounded by Jiangsu in the east and Huzhou in Zhejiang (that is, Wucheng County in the past) in the west, forming the second boundary river. 2. In Fanxiang Village, which is also located in the west of the city, there is a small village named Zhang Mengdou in Wei Zi. Now there are five farmers in Zhejiang, eight farmers in Jiangsu, and farmers from different provinces are adjacent. You have me and I have you, and they have long accepted the partition of the two provinces; 3. Fanxiang Village in the Northern Wei Dynasty is only separated from the rural areas of Zhejiang by a pocket, and the land at the mouth of the pocket is adjacent; 4. Guangfu Village, located in the southwest of the town, is located in the north, in the same place as xinglong village, Sanmin Township, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. 5. There are 8 households in Yangxi Village (now Fanxiang Village) of Qingyun Town. In May, 1958 was included in Xing Wu County (now Huzhou City) of Zhejiang Province. 6. Wuzhen, south of Hengjing Port, was the territory that moved eastward to Wuzhen that year. Taoyuan used to be inextricably linked with Wucheng County.
According to the Song Dynasty's "Wu Ji", "Kaiping for three years, Wujiang County governs five townships", and Taoyuan is under the jurisdiction of Chengyuan Township. "Seven townships in Song Dynasty, four townships in Jingdezhen for three years", Taoyuan is still under the jurisdiction of Chengyuan Township. Until the first year of Hongzhi in Ming Dynasty (1488), Wujiang County was divided into six townships, and Taoyuan led five capitals (thirteen capitals, fourteen capitals, fifteen capitals, sixteen capitals and seventeen capitals, including parts of Zhejiang and parts of nearby Nanma). (Now Wujiang has seven capitals and eight capitals). In the fourth year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1726), Wujiang was divided into counties, and Taoyuan was under the jurisdiction of Zhenze County. In the second year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty (19 10), regional autonomy was implemented, and Taoyuan was under the jurisdiction of Mu Yan Town, Zhenze County. In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), Wujiang and Zhenze counties merged, and towns were under their jurisdiction, while Taoyuan was under the jurisdiction of Mu Yan City. 18 (1929) year, the division was adjusted, there were areas below the county level, and Taoyuan was under the jurisdiction of Yan Tomb Area. It was not until 1957 and 10 after liberation that the county withdrew from the district and merged with the township. The land of Taoyuan is divided into three townships: Taoyuan, Qingyun and Tongluo. Later, the township was built and merged into taoyuan town.
Taoyuan Town, Wujiang City, known as the "Famous Town of Clothing Brewing Seedlings", is located in the south gate of Jiangsu Province, in the hinterland of the Golden Triangle where Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai meet. Wuzhen and Nanxun Town are famous historical and cultural towns in the south and west of the town respectively. Taoyuan Town covers an area of 90.6 square kilometers, with highways extending in all directions. Zhenbei is connected with National Highway 3 18 and Shanghai-Suzhou-Zhejiang Expressway, while Zhennan is connected with National Highway 320 and Shenyang-Shenyang Expressway. In recent years, with the rapid development of tertiary industry economy, Taoyuan Town has become a bright pearl in Suzhou-Hangzhou Paradise Corridor.
Taoyuan town has a long history and culture, exquisite clocks and outstanding people, and has the reputation of "talents have come out of Taoyuan since ancient times". Guangfu village excavated the Majiabang cultural site more than 6000 years ago. During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, King Fu Cha of Wu built 72 harbors and hidden warships in Xiannan and Xiting. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, Sima Xiangru was an outstanding poet, who enjoyed a long-standing reputation in the literary world of China. Dai Jingben, assistant minister of the Ministry of War of the Yuan Dynasty, once abandoned his post and lived in seclusion here, leaving a famous sentence "Where to go to peach blossom, because there is flowing water at the source", and Taoyuan Town was named after it. There are also Shenzhuang Village and Shenzhuangyang in taoyuan town, which is the hometown of Shen Wansan in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty.
Since the reform and opening up, Taoyuan Town has given full play to the advantages of natural resources and human resources, and the industrial economy has formed four pillar industries: textiles and clothing, fine chemicals, container packaging and new building materials. Clothing and textile are the pillar industries of Taoyuan, which was founded in 1970s. Up to now, there are more than 65,438,000 garment manufacturing enterprises in the town. Brewing is an ancient traditional industry in Taoyuan. There are nearly 40 large wineries in the town, with an annual output of more than 654.38 million tons of yellow rice wine, accounting for one tenth of the total sales of yellow rice wine in China, and it is the second largest centralized production base of yellow rice wine in China. Seedling production is a characteristic industry in Taoyuan, which began in1960s. With the emergence of "green industry" and "ecological economy", the whole town now has a planting area of more than 30,000 mu with more than 100 varieties. The continuous seedling base is unique in the East China Plain, forming a huge and unique natural "oxygen bar" in the south of the Yangtze River and becoming a green source to decorate the metropolis. The gradual growth of characteristic industries in taoyuan town has led to the rapid rise of industrial groups. Electronics, cables, leather goods, luggage, machinery, chemicals, antique handicrafts and other production industries have obvious advantages. Products sell well in China, and are exported to the United States, Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries and Hong Kong and Macao, and are well received by technical customers. The town has Oriental International Group with a registered capital of 600 million yuan and total assets exceeding 654.38+0.00 billion yuan, the largest sewing thread production base in China with an annual production capacity of 654.38+0.2 million tons, and large and medium-sized enterprises such as Hengxiang Alcohol with an annual production capacity of 220,000 tons.
"The land is connected to the lake, and the land is suspected to be a secluded paradise." The long history and culture have created a profound cultural background of Taoyuan, and the superior investment environment has won the favor of entrepreneurs at home and abroad. Simple and hospitable Taoyuan people always adhere to the tenet of "pro-business, safe business and wealthy businessmen", and warmly welcome friends at home and abroad to visit and cooperate, invest and start a business, and work together to create a better future.
