2. Job requirements

1. No limit on major, full-time undergraduate degree or above from ordinary colleges and universities, under 28 years old (January 1, 1985 Born today).

2. 3. The height requirement for men is over 1.70 meters, and for women, the height requirement is over 1.60 meters.

4. 3. Recruitment Method

The recruitment process is: online registration → qualification review → interview → physical examination → recruitment.

1. Registration: Log in to Liangzhu Museum (www.lzmuseum.cn), download the registration form, and send the form to the email address lzcm88778900@163.com. The registration time shall be subject to the sending time.

2. Qualification review: divided into two stages. The first stage is preliminary review of registration materials. After the materials have been reviewed and approved, you will be notified to go to Liangzhu Museum for on-site confirmation. The second stage of on-site confirmation: Participants must bring the originals and copies of their relevant documents (graduation certificate, ID card, household registration certificate, relevant skill certificates) and two recent 1-inch bareheaded photos to the designated location of Liangzhu Museum for confirmation.

3. Interview: divided into four parts: Mandarin test, on-site speech, impromptu explanation, and on-site answers.

⑴ Mandarin test: Select questions and read them aloud.

⑵ On-site speech: The topic is customized and the speech time is 6 minutes.

⑶ Impromptu explanation: Participants will randomly select topics to explain on site, write an explanation script of more than 600 words based on the provided script, and give impromptu explanations. The writing time is 20 minutes and the explanation time is 3-6 minutes.

⑷Answer on the spot: Answer questions on the spot based on the judges’ questions.

4. Physical examination: Based on the interview results, the top three will be selected to participate in the physical examination in a ratio of 1:1.5; the top two who pass the physical examination will sign a contract and be hired as non-staff commentators at Liangzhu Museum.
