The circular pointed out that Wukui Expressway on G30 line cancelled the previous open road toll, and now adopts a closed toll system; The benchmark price of the charging standard after opening to traffic is 0.45 yuan per vehicle per kilometer, and the charging coefficient is multiplied by the vehicle type.

It is understood that the main toll station of Toutunhe River has been set up, and the toll stations of Changji East, awei Beach, Hutubi, Wugongtai, Manas, Shihezi, Wulan Wusu, Shawandong, Anjihai, Kuidong, Kuitun East and Kuitun West 13 have been opened, and three temporary toll stations of Manas, Kuitun and Wusu East have been cancelled.

According to the regulations, the benchmark price of the charging standard is 0.45 yuan per kilometer for each vehicle, which is classified by vehicle type and multiplied by the relevant coefficient. The automobile toll coefficient is Grade I 1.0, Grade II 1.5, Grade III 2.0, Grade IV 3.6 and Grade V 4.2. Freight cars are charged by weight, and the basic rate is 0.09 yuan per ton per kilometer. In addition, when charging, the mantissa shall be rounded off by 1 yuan, and those less than 5 yuan shall be charged by 5 yuan.

By the end of the year, expressway will basically realize non-stop charging.

By the end of this year, our district will strive to achieve over 80% installation rate of automobile ETC, over 90% utilization rate of vehicles through expressway, and basically realize fast toll collection without stopping in expressway.

"According to the requirements of the Ministry of Transport, our district will complete the reconstruction of ETC lanes before the end of 10, enter the stage of joint debugging and testing, gradually improve the system, prepare for the system switch at the end of the year, realize the switch between old and new systems in time, and further enhance the travel experience of ETC users." Accelerating the popularization of ETC is a key core factor related to the success of canceling provincial toll stations nationwide. At present, the main project of canceling the provincial toll station in our district is progressing smoothly, and the demolition of two provincial toll stations, Baishanquan and Xingxingxia, has been completed; 278 sets of 3 12 ETC gantry system have been hoisted, which is expected to be completed on 10/0/October 30th.
