There seems to be nothing interesting. I heard that there are some handsome men in the workshop next door. I wonder if I have a girlfriend. I heard who went to dinner with whom after work, whether there was any ambiguity, who broke up with whom and who was with whom. How many days do you work overtime this month? Are you full-time and how much can you get? The timekeeper seems relaxed.

I am tired of remembering things. Just repeat a few actions every day, which is more than 3 thousand a month. Those who keep track of time can take a break once in a while, which will cost a lot of money. I don't know if I can get 3 thousand this month, because I'm too slow. ?

My heart is so tired. Those are the people who sleep so late every night and go to work at eight in the morning. Repeat and copy the same de life every day. And I feel the smell in the factory is very strong, although the people inside have no plans, because they are nothing to you at all. But I feel very tired and depressed every day. It's really hard to feel robbed when eating in the factory. Moreover, the official with bigger sesame seeds inside will spill dog blood on your head on a small matter. It's really low quality to be fined at every turn and scold you at every turn. Every day is overtime, and there are always a few topics to discuss, every day.

Life feels no glory at all. I feel far away from the city and my friends' sight. My friend asked me where I work. I'm embarrassed to say, sometimes I think it's really embarrassing for a college student to come out and look for a factory job and say I'm a college student. Think about the significance of 10 years of study. At least I'm a college student. Sometimes I wonder when it will be over! ! ! ! ! !

What have I experienced in the transitional preparation period?

Those around me who have worked in the factory for two or three years have found men in the factory and married them. Have a baby. The guarantee is 2500 yuan, and you may get about 3000 yuan in the peak season. You may have more chess pieces and more skillful hands and feet. Boring, boring, I don't know where the future is, and the work in the workshop is gradually killing your enthusiasm for life. Confusion about life. Choice is really more important than hard work. If you choose the wrong industry, you may work hard all your life and have no possibility of high salary. An accidental opportunity first came to the UI design industry.

Let's look at the wage gap between factories and UI designers.

The salary of the first factory is 3850 yuan, and those who earn more than 10 thousand yuan a month basically have no salary. 99% of people earn around 2000-6000 yuan a month, which means that even if they work in a factory for a lifetime, it is basically difficult to get a high salary.

The second is a UI designer with an average monthly salary of 12640. What is the concept of an average monthly salary of over 10,000 yuan? It is equivalent to 100 people choosing UI design work, of which at least 60 people can get a monthly salary of tens of thousands. ?

Although my job has changed a lot, my salary has not changed. This is because I know I can't do this anymore. I must learn a skill well to improve my income.

At this rate, it is almost impossible for me to get a high salary in my life. Think about the future, think about my family, and live a good life in the future. The salary must not be too low. This job and this life are not what I want.

What I wanted at that time was to find a white-collar job, that is, to sit in an office. After all, the work with the brain is definitely higher than that with the hands.

Then I slowly came into contact with the design.

After contact with PS software and self-study for a period of time, PS went to a design company to make a plane.

It took me a long time to find this company.

I'll start looking in Chengdu first. Because the talent market in Chengdu is very big in Sichuan. I went for a while and interviewed some companies, but the results were not good. They don't want me, saying that my education is not good and my level is not good.

Design experience is basically zero, I knew this would not work. Later, my friend asked me to look at the online recruitment website, so I gave it a try.

I went to Zhaopin to recruit. To find it. I directly submitted resumes in batches and invested in dozens of companies. As a result, several interview calls came a few days later, and my requirements were very low. I said that as long as the salary is available, how much will do, because I really only joined the company to learn technology. Tired of factory life, I chose the nearest interview.

Because there was plenty of interview time that day, I could only give up a few. As a result, I went to three companies, and I was interviewed in the fourth company, which is a company in Qionglai, Chengdu.

Sui Xin Advertising Decoration Company in Qionglai, Sichuan. I went to work, and my boss gave me a salary of 3000 yuan a month, excluding food and accommodation. I was introduced by an acquaintance.

This salary is indeed lower than my previous salary, although I have been changing jobs before. But I work very hard, usually around 4 thousand a month, and I can't eat it. Because I just wanted to learn technology at that time, I left it alone and worked in that company for a while.

Design work content:

I benefited a lot during my work in this company. Although I am scolded by my boss every day, I am too ugly. Bad typesetting, bad color, software and operation can't remember. Aesthetic color matching is not good, and some of my software is also taught by my boss.

But I also study hard, but I still learn a little slowly.

Later, I learned that the salary of UI design is very high, which is the first in the whole design industry.

After that, I studied hard on UI design, and at the same time, I was constantly accumulating work experience. During this time, I have been studying while working.

I came into contact with online training, because I basically worked in the company during the day and searched for information on Baidu and other websites by computer at night.

At that time, I searched many tutorials, all of which were slow to learn, and I found that many courses were fragmented, unsystematic and basically difficult to learn.

At this time, I came across a course, which included some systematic paid courses, and then I learned about paid learning. After that, I came into contact with an understandable training class and felt it was not bad. So I came into contact with Gary Yifan, the teacher of this course, but at that time I asked that the design tuition fee needed more than 3 thousand yuan. Although it was much cheaper than tens of thousands of pieces of physical training, my salary at that time was only over 3,000 pieces.

If I finished, my life would be very stressful, but I thought about it later.

I signed up for the course and just started studying. I learned a lot of knowledge. I wrote down all the problems I met during the day. Go directly to the dormitory at night and ask the teacher through QQ and voice. This kind of study is very convenient. Training in schools and entities cannot be so convenient. After all, after social work, there is no way to study all day. I have just started my study.

Work during the day, study at night, sometimes learn a little, and start to have my own works. Later, I changed some companies, one of which is relatively large, and its business includes graphic design and UI design, so I came into contact with the industry of UI design, and then I studied deeply. After in-depth contact with UI design, I found that now, apart from work, I basically study. The reason is that when your design level keeps improving, the more things you have to learn. If you don't learn, you can't improve, and then you will regress.

People are like this. You may not go to school, but you must not study. Here I recommend several design websites for you. You can have a look at them more when you have time. For example, standing cold, Behance and Dribbble are all good.

I have learned a lot from these years' experience, and I have grown up. This road is too bitter. If you want to take an entity class, the tuition fee is too high. UI design training class, generally about 20 thousand. For newly graduated college students and on-the-job employees who earn only a few thousand months, this tuition fee is very expensive, which leads many people to really want to learn, but they have no money to sign up.

The industry of UI design will definitely exist if it is difficult. Learning design means complaining less. It's more about action and practice. Of course, design is easier said than done.

It is not as simple as learning software.

Before signing up for the online training class, I also taught myself online. However, it is too difficult to learn and find it, and it takes too much time to explore. I never play games, so I will feel bored if I don't do something these days, that is, self-learning software. During this time, I visited many self-study websites and downloaded many tutorials. However, I found that the online tutorials are very old, and they were all years ago. There are few latest tutorials. Similarly, most tutorials only teach software, and rarely talk about design.

As we all know, we are going to enter a better university. Why do you have to spend money on primary and secondary schools and get good grades in the college entrance examination to get into first-class universities?

That's because many great teachers in the school are willing to pass on their lifelong knowledge to others. They are experts in this field, know all the mistakes that are easy to make in this field, and know what they need to learn to become experts in this field. They used time to grind out a knowledge that we can hardly surpass in a short time.

If you get rid of schools and teachers, it is basically difficult to succeed if you are admitted to the university on your own. Just like you don't even know how many courses you have to take in college, how can you master the learning methods of these courses and start learning at the same time? Therefore, parents are willing to work hard to make money and give their children a good school. That's the reason. They hope that a good school with good teachers can learn better knowledge and have a promising future.

Learning UI design is also a truth. Why many people are willing to teach themselves instead of choosing training courses is because they don't understand this truth. I think self-study can save money. In fact, self-study time, if used to learn UI design, can really save money. Many people have taught themselves for several years, assuming that they can earn 5 thousand a month, 60 thousand a year, and at least 100 thousand a few years when doing UI design.
