I heard that HiSoft has recently launched a 2011 talent selection, talent hunting and talent cultivation plan. Is this news true? Why haven’t I seen it on HiSoft’s official website?

This is true

Talent selection plan: For school group applicants, they will take a unified computer-based exam. The exam content involves Java, .Net, C, software testing and other application skills. The top 20 students who take the computer-based test in our school are classified as Category A and can directly enter the Talent Hunting Program; the other candidates are Category B and can choose to enter the Talent Training Program.

Talent Hunting Plan: Set up an interview session for Category A candidates. The interviewers are senior representatives of each talent hunting project team of HiSoft Group. Once you pass the interview, you can directly enter HiSoft Group for internship and earn internship wages, achieving a paid internship.

Talent training plan: For Category B candidates, set up a pre-job skill strengthening link. The duration is 3-4 months, and the reinforcement content involves basic application skills of HiSoft assistant software engineers such as Java, .Net, C, and software testing. During this period, once the HiSoft project team passes the assessment, they can immediately start work and participate in internships. They can also achieve paid internships and earn back their tuition fees.
