Xihua University’s 2023 junior college-to-bachelor degree requirements are as follows:

Basic selection conditions:

(1) Excellent political and ideological performance during school, and has not been subject to any disciplinary sanctions .

(2) Excellent academic performance. Full-time general junior college graduates who have passed all courses taken by the time of registration and have not had their student status processed due to performance reasons (subject to obtaining a junior college diploma electronically registered by the Ministry of Education).

Candidates must have passed all courses taken before the review deadline and submit supporting materials for special extra points. Candidates who are retired soldiers must also provide their enlistment certificate (original), discharge certificate (original), and a copy of their ID card pieces.

All paper materials will be collected by the secondary college and handed over to the Academic Affairs Office. If the Grade 17 students have not returned to school by then, please send the materials to the counselor by SF Express, and the counselor will collect them and submit them to the Academic Affairs Office.

Special bonus points details:
