Graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates before August 31, 2023; those who graduate from abroad (overseas) in the same period must complete the Ministry of Education Study Abroad Service Center before August 31, 2023 Academic certification.

Except for 2023 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have obtained academic degree certificates and the academic certification date can be relaxed, other personnel must obtain ordinary college academic degree certificates before the registration deadline before they can apply.
