1. Legend Holdings was founded in 1984. Under the leadership of Liu Chuanzhi, the company has grown from small to large, constantly pursuing higher goals. From a single IT field, to diversification, to a large comprehensive enterprise, it has experienced three leapfrog growth stage.

In 1984, Lenovo was founded. In 1985, agency business was launched. In 1988, Lenovo held open recruitment for the first time. In 1990, Lenovo's own brand of microcomputers was born. In 1994, the Microcomputer Division was established; in the same year, Lenovo was listed in Hong Kong. In 1997, Lenovo Computer ranked first in China's market share. In 1997, Lenovo integrated Beijing and Hong Kong. In 2000, Lenovo Computer won the first market share in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan).

Diversified development In 2001, Lenovo was successfully spun off. On June 1, 2001, Digital China was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In 2001, Legend Holdings successfully implemented the joint-stock reform. In 2001, Lenovo Investment was established. In 2001, Raycom Intelligent Land was established. On April 20, 2018, the spokesperson of the China Securities Regulatory Commission stated at a press conference that Legend Holdings became the first H-share "full circulation" pilot company.

On April 23, 2018, Legend Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it had received China Securities Regulatory Commission’s approval of the company’s application and became the first pilot enterprise in the H-share “full circulation” pilot.
