Such as: what specific measures are taken? Did you encounter any difficulties? How to solve the difficulties? How's the pressure? Results: What effect does the examinee's behavior have on the result? What is the final result of the project? What is the contribution of the project? What did you get? What's the improvement? Through detailed questions, the matching degree between candidates and job requirements is detected. ?
Funnel interview starts with a big open-ended question, and gradually narrows the scope and refines it by asking questions. In this way, we can examine the breadth and depth of candidates' thinking by asking and answering questions. For example, please tell me about a big project you have done? Different people may have different answers to this question. If a high-end candidate can't tell the value and background of the project, there is something wrong.
