Most foreign companies in Changchun are recruiting for sales positions, but Japanese companies like to look for headhunters.

However, administrative work requires very high foreign language requirements, because you need to communicate with the company, which requires CET-6 in English and CET-1 in Japanese.

Foreign companies in Changchun are all branches or offices, so they don’t have many employees, so they rarely recruit fresh graduates. So there is no condition to train new people.
