Legal analysis: According to the regulations, the remuneration package of community workers consists of basic salary, attendance allowance on rest days and legal holidays, and performance reward. The basic salary consists of post salary, work allowance, salary scale salary and reserved salary. Performance rewards include performance pay, comprehensive management award, civilization award and other items. The total reward is not less than 25% of the total wages of community workers in the current year (excluding "six insurances and one gold" and attendance subsidies for rest days and legal holidays), and the gap can be widened reasonably according to the assessment grades. The employer shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, pay social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance, maternity insurance and long-term care insurance for urban workers. Legal basis: Article 3 of the Accounting Standards for Enterprises No.9-Remuneration of Employees The employees mentioned in these Standards refer to all employees who have entered into labor contracts with enterprises, including full-time, part-time and temporary employees, and employees who have not entered into labor contracts with enterprises but are formally employed by enterprises.

People who have not signed a labor contract with the enterprise or have not been formally employed by the enterprise, but provide services similar to employees, also belong to the category of employees, including those who provide services to the enterprise through signing employment contracts with labor intermediary companies.
