1. Unit Introduction
The 248th Geological Brigade of Shandong Nuclear Industry is affiliated to the Shandong Provincial National Defense Science, Technology and Industry Office. The current residence is located in Wangcheng Industrial Park, Laixi City, Qingdao (with a scientific research base in Licang District, Qingdao City), covering an area of ??138,000 square meters and a construction area of ??65,000 square meters. , with total assets of 50 million yuan. 2. Recruitment needs
(1) Recruitment positions and number of people:
1. Mechanical processing: 6 people, mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, machinery Engineering and automation major, undergraduate degree or above, bachelor's degree.
2. Geology category 1:1 person, majoring in drilling technology, hydrology and engineering geology, college degree or above, two years or more of professional work experience.
3. Geology 2: 3 people, majoring in geology, geological engineering, marine geology, resource exploration engineering, mineral survey and exploration, etc., with postgraduate degree (the same major as bachelor's and master's degree).
4. Radioactive detection: 1 person, majoring in nuclear engineering and nuclear technology, undergraduate degree or above, bachelor's degree.
5. Safety management: 1 person, safety engineering major, undergraduate degree or above, bachelor's degree.
6. Marketing: 2 people, majoring in marketing, bachelor degree or above, bachelor degree.

(2) Registration:

(3) Written test:
After passing the qualification review, the candidates will take the written test organized by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. (4) Interview:
According to the written test results, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 between the recruitment position and the number of applicants, and will be organized and implemented by the Shandong Provincial Office of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense , mainly based on comprehensive analysis ability, organizational planning and coordination ability, professional theoretical level, technical work ability, adaptability, language expression ability, etc. For positions where the interviewees fail to meet the specified ratio, the interview passing score line (60 points) will be set.
(5) Determine the candidates to be hired and organize physical examinations:
After the written test and interview, the candidates will be calculated on a hundred-point scale based on the written test and interview scores accounting for 50% each. The total score of the examination, from high to low, will be determined at a ratio of no less than 1.2 times the number of recruits, and the candidates who will enter the physical examination range will be organized in equal amounts in sequence. The physical examination is organized by the brigade, and the physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the civil servant recruitment standards. The assessment is handled by the brigade's Labor and Personnel Department. The assessment is mainly based on ideological and political performance, moral character, business ability and other aspects. The vacancies caused by those who fail the physical examination can be filled in equal amounts sequentially from other personnel who enter the physical examination scope for the same position.
(6). Employment:
Public announcement. The brigade puts forward employment opinions and reports to the superior authority to handle the employment procedures according to prescribed procedures.
Establish personnel relationships, and handle related procedures such as file relationships, wages, household registration transfer, and dispatch of graduates in accordance with regulations. Employed personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations.
