2. Recruitment positions and requirements

This time, 10 full-time counselors and 4 full-time ideological and political theoretical course teachers are recruited for public assessment, and they will be included in the establishment management of public institutions.

Candidates must be master's students from ordinary universities who have graduated before July 31, 2023 and obtained academic qualifications and degree certificates, and must also meet the recruitment announcement and job requirements (see attachment 1 for details).

3. Basic recruitment requirements

(1) Candidates should meet the following conditions:

IV. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration method and assessment time

1. This fixed-point assessment recruitment adopts the on-site registration method.

2. Candidates must bring the originals and copies of registration materials to the designated location for registration and qualification verification within the specified time.

Those who pass the on-site qualification review will be issued admission tickets on the spot.

Anyone who does not register at the designated location at the specified time or does not meet the registration qualification requirements or fails to provide corresponding materials as required by the notice will be disqualified.

3. Registration materials:

Candidates who submit incomplete registration materials or do not submit registration materials as required or do not submit registration materials within the specified registration time will be deemed to have invalid registration and will not be allowed to do so. be accepted.

(2) Mental health assessment

Candidates must register on site and undergo a mental health assessment after passing qualification verification.

Mental health assessment results are not included in the total score and are strictly confidential.

Those who do not participate in the mental health assessment will be deemed to have voluntarily given up their recruitment qualifications.

(3) Comprehensive assessment (written test, trial lecture and defense)

1. Written test

The content of the written examination for full-time counselor positions: ideological and political education of college students, student management, theories and policies related to service education, counselors’ professional ability knowledge and official document writing, etc.

(2) The written examination paper includes two parts: paper examination paper I (official document writing + job knowledge) and computer examination paper II (job knowledge).

The written examination papers are prepared in advance by the proposition group, and the Human Resources Department is responsible for organizing them.

The test paper shall be sealed and stamped with the official seal of the Personnel Department, and shall be kept by the Personnel Department.

(3) In principle, the written test time is the afternoon of the day of on-site registration.

If there is any adjustment, the adjusted time shall prevail.

The written test lasts for ***2 hours. For the computer-based test, candidates must prepare their own computers to answer questions.

(4) After the written test, the fixed-point assessment and recruitment working group will review the written test paper.

Examination paper evaluation must be carried out strictly in accordance with the scoring standards.

The marking teacher must sign and sign the corrections on the test papers (questions) he or she has reviewed.

All examination papers will be reviewed with a red pen.

(5) The examination paper score review should select no less than 10% of the total examination papers to check whether there are any missed readings and whether the scoring statistics are accurate.

Report the problems discovered during the review to the Human Resources Department and make corrections in a timely manner.

(6) Written test score calculation:

Written test score (100 points) = 50%? Paper I score + 50%? Paper II score.

Among them, the full marks for Paper I and Paper II are both 100 points.

(7) The process of writing test papers, printing, invigilation, grading and score review strictly abides by confidentiality, avoidance and other relevant system regulations, and the Discipline Inspection Commission participates in supervision throughout the process.

2. Trial lecture and defense

(1) It will be conducted in the form of "trial lecture first, then defense", and the time will be within 15-20 minutes per person.

(2) Trial lecture assessment content:

The position of full-time ideological and political theory teacher mainly tests the professional theoretical foundation, basic quality and ability of education and teaching of the candidates.

The full-time counselor position focuses on assessing the basic qualities and abilities of candidates engaged in student education management, and provides theoretical lectures and case analysis in conjunction with students' ideological and political education.

(3) Defense assessment content:

The defense focuses on assessing the candidates’ ideological, political and professional ethics (motivation, professional responsibility, professionalism, competition awareness, teacher ethics, etc. ), intellectual quality (e.g. adaptability, language expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability, logical thinking ability, innovation ability, organizational management ability, interpersonal coordination ability, etc.), personality quality (behavior, temperament, interests and hobbies, etc.), knowledge quality ( Comprehensive knowledge, teaching skills, professional knowledge, etc.).

The interview outline will be determined through consultation by the fixed-point assessment and recruitment working group.

(4) In principle, the trial lecture and defense time will be the second day after on-site registration. If there is any adjustment, the adjusted time will prevail. The judges will be members of the fixed-point assessment and recruitment working group.

(5) The full marks for the trial lecture and defense are both 100 points.

Among them, the passing score for the defense is 70 points.

3. Comprehensive assessment score calculation

(1) Full-time ideological and political theory teacher position

Comprehensive assessment score = written test score + (trial lecture score × 60 % + defense score × 40%), with a full score of 200 points.

Among them, those whose defense scores are lower than 70 points will not be included in the physical examination.

(2) Full-time counselor position

Comprehensive assessment score = (written test score × 60% + trial lecture score × 40%) + defense score, with a full score of 200 points.

Among them, those whose defense scores are lower than 70 points will not be included in the physical examination.

(4) Results Announcement and Determination of Shortlisted Personnel for Physical Examination

1. The Personnel Department determines the candidates for physical examination and inspection in equal order from high to low according to the comprehensive assessment results.

If there are equal scores in the comprehensive assessment, the candidates will be sorted according to their defense scores from high to low.

2. The comprehensive assessment results (including written test scores, trial lecture scores, defense scores, and job rankings) and the list of shortlisted candidates for physical examination will be submitted by the Personnel Department in Panzhihua within 7 working days after the assessment of the designated school. Announcement will be made on the website of the College Personnel Office.

3. Candidates shortlisted for physical examination must sign an employment agreement with Panzhihua College within the specified time. Those who fail to sign an employment agreement within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications for recruitment, and the school will decide whether to make a replacement based on the actual situation.

(5) Physical examination and inspection

1. The physical examination shall refer to the "Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Examination and Recruitment" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012] No. 65), " Notice on Revising the General Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination (Trial Implementation) and the Relevant Contents of the Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial Implementation) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140) and other regulations shall be implemented.

The time and location of the physical examination will be notified and implemented by the Human Resources Department.

2. (6) Announcement of the list of proposed personnel

The Personnel Department will compile the list of proposed personnel based on the results of physical examination and inspection, and submit it to the school meeting for review and approval. If serious problems are reported during the publicity period and substantive evidence is found, the qualifications of the persons to be hired by the publicized person will be cancelled.

(7) Signing and employment
