1. The main lessee is an employee of CIIC:
1. Original and photocopy of house lease contract
2. The original and photocopy of the rent invoice
3. Original and photocopy of ID card
4, housing provident fund withdrawal application
5. The original and photocopy of the savings card or passbook that can be used to withdraw the provident fund.
6, the original and copy of the tax payment certificate style
7. Original and photocopy of the landlord's ID card
8. Original and photocopy of the landlord's property right certificate
2. The main lessee is the spouse of CIIC employees:
In addition to the above materials, any of the following materials A, B, C and D shall be provided:
A. original and photocopy of marriage certificate;
B the original and photocopy of the spouse's record sheet for withdrawal of provident fund, and the "cumulative withdrawal limit" in the record sheet should be less than the "total rental price";
C. If the spouse has not established the housing accumulation fund, the spouse unit is required to issue the original certificate of not establishing the housing accumulation fund;
D. If the spouse is unemployed, the original proof of non-employment in the street where the spouse's file is located is required.
Third, the frequency of rent withdrawal:
The interval between two withdrawals needs more than one year.
Four, the specific requirements of the rental invoice:
1. Employees who rent a house through a rental agency must provide a rental invoice issued by the agency. Rental invoices must be special invoices for Beijing's service industry, entertainment industry, culture and sports industry (national tax or foreign invoices are invalid). At the same time, the original tax payment certificate corresponding to the invoice must be provided.
2. To sign a rental agreement with an individual, you must provide a lease invoice issued by the Beijing Local Taxation Bureau or a special invoice for Beijing's service industry, entertainment industry, culture and sports industry issued by the township and sub-district offices (national tax or foreign invoices are invalid).
3. The payer of the rental invoice must be the employee himself or his spouse, and the invoice items must be marked with "rent" or "rent" and "lease period".
4. The invoice amount must be consistent with the contract amount, and the invoice amount divided by the number of lease months must be an integer, otherwise the invoice is invalid. If the invoice amount is 10000 yuan and the lease period is 6 months, 10000/6= 1666.67 yuan, it is an invalid invoice. The invoice amount is 9000 yuan, and the lease period is 6 months. 9000/6= 1500 yuan is a valid invoice.
The invoice lease period and the contract lease period must be consistent. If the lease term of the contract is one year, and the term is from July1/kloc-0 to June 30, 20 12, the lease term in the invoice item should also be from July1/kloc-0 to June 30, 20 12.
5. The rent invoice will be verified by the CIIC provident fund team on site. Please do not scratch the password for verification. If a false invoice is provided, the provident fund center will refuse to handle the withdrawal of the provident fund.
6. When handling the withdrawal formalities, we will stamp the original invoice with the red seal of "Housing Provident Fund has been withdrawn" according to the relevant regulations of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center (which will not affect the continued use of your invoice).
7. As the Provident Fund Management Center requires CIIC to verify the authenticity of employees' renting houses, it is necessary to provide the landlord's ID card and the original title certificate. The original ID card and property right certificate will be returned after on-the-spot inspection.
8. As the Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center system has added the function of checking the rental address, if the same rental address is used more than twice, the Provident Fund Center will refuse to handle the withdrawal. (Our company cannot provide the number of times the rental address is used. )
9. Warm reminder: According to relevant laws and regulations, the use of forged ID cards, invoices, real estate licenses and other materials is illegal and criminal, and should be punished by administrative detention, fines, and criminal responsibility. If there are illegal gains, the illegal gains shall be confiscated.
