4. Be familiar with the technical parameters, operation performance, structural principle and boiler room system of the boiler body and auxiliary equipment operated, and master the operation skills and inspection methods.

5. Understand the water quality indicators and water treatment methods of boiler feed water, and adjust the blowdown times according to the water quality of boiler water. Sewage disposal operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of operating procedures, with one person operating and one person monitoring the water level. 6. Flush the water level gauge and pressure gauge according to the specified requirements, conduct manual and automatic exhaust tests of safety valves on a regular basis, conduct alarm tests on a regular basis, and make records.

7. Strictly implement the patrol inspection system, check at least once every hour starting from each shift, handle problems in time when found, and ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

8. Adjust the operation parameters correctly according to the load to realize economic operation.

9. Fill in the operation record carefully, with complete content and neat handwriting.

10. Stick to your post, observe labor discipline, and don't do anything irrelevant to your job. No drinking before and during class, no leaving your post and no sleeping.
