20 17 What's on the Guangxi Teacher Recruitment Examination?

The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview.

The written test mainly tests the basic knowledge of pedagogy, educational law, educational psychology and moral education, with full marks of 100 respectively.

Pedagogy, the basic knowledge of pedagogy mainly includes: education and pedagogy, educational function and purpose, schools, teachers and students, class management and head teacher's work, extracurricular activities, educational research and reform, teaching objectives, teaching process, teaching content, teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.

The basic knowledge of educational psychology and moral education mainly includes: introduction, students' psychology and education, teachers' psychology, learning psychology, moral psychology, classroom management psychology, moral education overview, moral education process and principles, moral education ways and methods, moral education resources, educational policies and regulations, and teachers' professional ethics.

The interview may include preparing lessons and giving lectures.
