(1) Registration

According to the post conditions, applicants should fill in and send the Application Form for Introducing Needy Talents to the Institutions Affiliated to the Propaganda Department of Yichang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (see Annex 2 for details, hereinafter referred to as the Application Form), and send the application form, ID card, academic degree certificate (returned students should provide academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education), qualification certificate, one-inch recent color bareheaded registration photo and the electronic version of "name+last 4 digits of ID card number".

3. Qualification examination.

The Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee conducts qualification examination of applicants in strict accordance with the registration conditions and post-related requirements stipulated in the introduction announcement.

4. Instructions for registration: Applicants should carefully read the introduction announcement and registration commitment, and the materials and information submitted must be true, accurate and effective. 1. Qualification examination.

The time and place of qualification review shall be notified separately by the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee.

4. interview requirements.

Candidates are invited to attend the interview at the specified time and place with the original admission ticket and ID card. Those who lack a certificate and those who fail to report within the specified time are deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically.

5. interview results.

The interview score is 100. The highest and lowest scores of the candidates' interview scores are removed, and the remaining average scores (accurate to two decimal places) are taken as the candidates' interview scores, and the candidates' interview scores are announced on the spot.

If the interview results are the same, organize an extra test. After the additional test, it will be determined from high to low according to the candidates' interview results.

The minimum qualified score for the interview is 80 points. Candidates who do not reach the minimum qualified score line cannot enter the physical examination and inspection stage.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

1. Physical examination.

The investigation is the responsibility of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee.

3. Replenishment.

4. The time and place of physical examination and inspection will be notified separately.

(4) Publicity and employment management

1. Comprehensive interview, inspection and physical examination, etc. The candidate to be hired was determined by the collective research of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee. The candidate to be hired was publicized on the Yichang website of the Three Gorges for 7 working days and accepted social supervision.

If there is no objection at the end of the publicity, it shall be reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.

2. Publicity reflects the problems that affect employment. If it is verified, it will not be employed for the record.

If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected in the publicity, the employment for the record will be suspended, and then it will be decided whether to file the employment after investigation.

If the employed person fails to report within 20 days after receiving the employment notice without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee can make up for it in turn according to the total score.

3. After being audited and put on record by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, a notice of employment will be issued, and the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee will handle the employment and other procedures for the personnel to be hired according to relevant regulations and procedures.

New recruits sign employment contracts and implement post management.
