(1) Having Chinese nationality, people's nationality and supporting the leadership of China's * * * production party and the party's line, principles and policies.

(2) Abide by the law and have good conduct.

(3) Having the basic theory and professional knowledge necessary for applying for professional posts, meeting the corresponding academic qualifications, degrees and professional requirements, and being able to work in time according to the requirements of the employer after employment.

(4) Having the physical conditions required for normal performance of duties.

(6) Persons who are under any of the following circumstances may not apply for employment:

1. Persons whose criminal punishment period has expired or who are suspected of committing crimes are under investigation;

2. Persons who have not been dismissed from Party discipline or political discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons who have been found to have committed serious violations of recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants and the open recruitment examination of public institutions in recent five years;

4. Servicemen and students in ordinary colleges and universities (except fresh graduates);

5. It is otherwise stipulated by the state and all provinces and autonomous regions that employees of public institutions are not allowed to apply.
