I received news from Changsheng Financial today. I checked that it is an insurance company. I have no idea about insurance companies. Please tell me about it

I also received an interview notice from Changsheng Financial without submitting my resume. When I first met, I was told that I was being recruited as a management trainee to prepare for the company’s 46 new business locations in the future. The manager at the first interview briefly introduced the job functions and asked questions such as "Do you think you are a person who can withstand pressure?" Then came the follow-up interview, which was not actually an interview. It just told me about the salary. During the training period, I signed an agency contract for half a year. After half a year, I passed the exam and became a full-time employee and signed a labor contract. During the training period, I had a basic salary of 4,200. They asked me if I had any problems. If there were no problems, I was asked to attend a three-day pre-job training. After the training, I decided whether to sign an agency contract. The first day of training was "What is insurance, the types of insurance, the nature of insurance, etc.", the second day of training was "Insurance is good, insurance is wonderful, insurance is amazing, so everyone must buy insurance." We will inform you at the end of the day, and the third day of class will be You need to buy textbooks, 35 each. I didn’t go on the third day and decided to turn it down. The main reasons are as follows:

1. Our country’s labor law seems to have regulations. When signing a one-year labor contract, how long is the probation period? When signing a two-year labor contract, how long is the probation period, etc. The company responded During the interview, the manager only said that there would be half a year of personal ability training and half a year of teamwork training, but he hesitated to elaborate on the details of the labor contract, which gave me a bad feeling.

2. On the first day of training, the instructor said that there are four major state-owned banks in our country, namely Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, ICBC and China Merchants Bank. Ridiculous. . .

3. It’s about the textbook. When the lecturer asked us to buy the textbook on the second day, he kept saying that this book is very good. It will be very professional in class on the third day. We must use it. This book cannot be read without a book. In addition, after you join the company, this book will be very useful for negotiating business with customers. Even if you have not joined the company, it will be very helpful for you to read it on a regular basis. I don’t know what high-end books must be used when selling insurance. I just think that if it is a work book that is necessary for work, should we pay for it? If it's just for a two-hour class, it's really not worth it to buy a textbook that's more expensive than a college textbook. The company's approach seems to be saying: I just tricked you into selling insurance for me, but I didn't trick you into selling insurance. It would be good for you to buy a book from me. This is just my personal guess. I didn't go to the third day of class, so I don't know what the actual situation is. Maybe that book is really useful.

4. The lecturers who taught us the first and second days were the two managers who interviewed me. They were quite enthusiastic, although they didn’t know some common sense questions. Then there are some people who are like teaching assistants who attend classes with us. At the end of the second day's class, an assistant asked me if I wanted to order their books for the third day's class. He spoke to me sideways from beginning to end. I said no, and the assistant immediately rolled his eyes. I don’t know if it’s because he’s pulling us, or because he’s a bit higher than us, or because he just has squinting eyes + supercilious eyes. My interviews and training were all at the business office in Jing'an District. Maybe it's just an isolated phenomenon. Anyway, I can't accept it. If I enter this business office and have sex with such people, I think it's better not to make myself unhappy. Bar.

These are my actual experiences. My suggestion, without spending any money and having some free time, is to explore the company and see what it's all about. Then decide what to do next based on the information you collect from your actual bottom exploration.
