I. Selection conditions

Take the online registration method. 2. written test
Those who have passed the registration qualification examination shall take the written test at the specified time and place with the admission ticket and my ID card. According to the written test scores from high to low, according to the ratio of 1:2, combined with job selection requirements, determine the list of interviewers who will enter the next link. If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores, they will enter the interview together.

3. Qualification examination
Participants in the interview must first conduct qualification examination. Candidates are required to bring the original and photocopy of the Qualification Examination Form for Post-transfer Personnel in Chaohu City Institutions, the photocopy of the Registration Form for Civil Servants, the admission ticket, my valid resident ID card, the people's police card, the diploma (degree) certificate and other certificates required for post transfer. Attend the qualification review at the designated place within the specified time. The interviewer should be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If the number of actual interviewers is less than or equal to the planned number of transferred positions, the interview score must reach the average score of the actual interviewers in the examination room on that day before entering the next link. Step 5 have a physical examination
Calculate the total score according to the ratio of 5: 5 written test and interview results. From high score to low score, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the number of positions to be transferred. If the last candidate's synthetic score is the same, the one with higher interview score will be determined as the physical examination candidate. The physical examination shall be carried out by hospitals at or above the county level with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves. Those who pass the physical examination enter the exam. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, it will be filled in the interviewer from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score.
The investigation team is composed of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Editorial Office, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and the transferred units, and makes a comprehensive investigation on the morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty, political and professional quality and adaptability to the transferred posts. The inspection work should adhere to both ability and political integrity, put morality first, pay attention to work performance, and fully understand the political quality, personal conduct, professional level, work ability, honesty and self-discipline of the inspected object and whether it is necessary to avoid it. Form an investigation report, determine the candidate to be selected according to the investigation situation, and submit it to the relevant meeting for study. If there is a vacancy in the selected personnel, the candidates for the same position will be filled according to the total score from high to low. During the whole selection process, each position is filled at most twice.

After relevant meetings, the personnel to be transferred shall be publicized on the websites of Chaohu Municipal People's Government () and Chaohu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (), and the publicity period shall be 5 working days. If there is no problem at the expiration of the publicity period or the problems reflected do not affect the transfer, the transfer procedures shall be handled in accordance with the cadre management authority and relevant procedures. During the publicity period, if any personnel who do not meet the adjustment conditions are found, their adjustment qualifications will be cancelled, and the vacancies will be filled in turn according to the above procedures.
