(2) Registration

(4) Examination

The written test and interview are organized by the provincial bureau and the recruitment unit. The written test time is arranged in late June and the interview time is arranged in early July. This exam does not specify exam counseling books, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training courses.

(2) Determine the interviewer according to the ratio of high to low written test scores 1: 3. (4) The scores of written test and interview are weighted, and the weight ratio of written test and interview is 4: 6. Those with tied total scores shall be determined in the order of interview results from high to low.

The interview content is professional comprehensive knowledge and professional comprehensive quality. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. If you can't reach the qualified score, you won't be hired. According to the order of interview results from high to low, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the proportion of recruitment plan 1: 1.

(5) Physical examination

Organized by the recruiting unit, physical examination will be conducted in the hospital designated by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department. The physical examination is organized and implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.[2005] 1 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), the Physical Examination Operation Manual and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers (No.22 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Those who fail the physical examination or those who voluntarily abstain from the examination will be replenished in equal amount according to the order of the total score from high to low. If the total score is tied, it will be replenished in equal amount in the order from high to low. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

(6) Evaluation

The provincial bureau and the recruitment unit are responsible for the assessment, focusing on the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, etc., and reviewing the qualifications for the examination. If it is found in the assessment that it does not meet the employment conditions, the application qualification will be cancelled. If it needs to be replenished, it will be replenished in equal amount according to the order of the total score from high to low after being approved by the human resources and social security department.

(7) Publicity

After the personnel to be hired are determined, the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department will publicize them to the public for 7 working days. After the end of the publicity, if there is a vacancy due to the voluntary abstention of the candidate, it will not be replaced.

(8) Employment

The recruitment of staff in public institutions shall implement the probation system in accordance with the regulations. The probation period generally does not exceed 6 months, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. The probation period is included in the employment contract. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment.

During the recruitment examination, candidates who fail to attend the interview, physical examination, go through the relevant formalities and sign the employment contract as required shall be deemed to have abstained automatically.
