Third, the recruitment process

The recruitment procedures are: open registration, qualification examination, interview, physical examination, assessment, publicity and approval (procedures).

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: June 8, 2009 to June 5, 2009;

2. Applicants can obtain the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Institutions by Seismological Bureau of Jiangsu Province through the Personnel Education Department of our bureau, or download the application form through Jiangsu Earthquake Disaster Reduction Network (), and attach 1 bareheaded photo, copy of my academic degree certificate, employment recommendation form, transcripts of all courses in school (master's degree is required), computer grade certificate and English grade certificate after completing the form.

(2) Qualification examination

Our bureau will review the candidates according to their qualifications for the positions they apply for. After the qualification examination, select the interviewer.

People with doctoral degrees will be recruited through direct physical examination. After the candidates pass the qualification examination, the bureau will determine the candidates according to the ratio of 1: 1.

(3) Interview

Candidates participate in the interview after passing the qualification examination, and the interview is organized by our bureau. The interview mainly evaluates the theoretical literacy, thinking ability, innovation ability, professional knowledge, business ability and work skills of the candidates. The specific time and place of the interview will be announced separately.

(4) Physical examination and evaluation

After the interview, according to the order of interview results from high score to low score,1:1of job recruitment, the candidates who enter the physical examination and assessment can be determined (those who fail the physical examination or assessment can be replenished from high score to low score).

Physical examination is generally arranged in a third-class first-class hospital, and the physical examination standard is implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

The assessment is mainly to examine the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, professional ability, work performance (academic performance) and compliance with national laws and regulations. And review the qualifications and conditions of candidates.

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination will be publicized on the websites of China Earthquake Administration and Jiangsu Earthquake Disaster Reduction Bureau for 7 days.

(6) Submitting for approval

After publicity without objection, the personnel to be hired shall be reported to the Seismological Bureau of China for approval, and the employment procedures shall be handled according to relevant regulations.

Four. Basic treatment and others

1. Newly hired personnel enjoy the salary and welfare benefits of staff with corresponding academic qualifications or professional and technical positions in institutions stipulated by the state.
