What should I do if my work speed is not fast and I am rejected by my team leader and colleagues?

One of the main reasons for the slow work is that you are not familiar with this job, which can also explain why most companies write two sentences in the recruitment brochure: they have a certain understanding of XX, have XX-related work experience and so on. For newcomers, you can't expect to have experience from the beginning, and you can do it well after taking the job unless you are superior.

Here, I personally give the following opinions, which is also a summary of my usual work:

1 I have never eaten pork, so I have never seen a pig run. Generally speaking, newcomers in the workplace will not have any core tasks for half a month, mostly marginal tasks. At this time, they should not be lazy. They should see more, learn more from their predecessors' working methods and imitate them appropriately.

A mouth has the function of talking besides eating. Don't build a car behind closed doors. Time is not only a loss, but also an unfinished task. Especially newcomers in the workplace, we must uphold the consciousness of asking if we don't understand. If you don't understand a question for half an hour, you can take the initiative to ask your predecessors, ask for advice with an open mind, and ask if you don't understand it. Focus on asking questions, don't ask unimportant questions, remember: don't ask the same question more than twice; In addition to asking our predecessors for advice, we can also ask our predecessors to give us some opinions, such as what tools we need in our work, so that we can know and be familiar with them in advance and use them later;

3 More summary. At the end of a task, you should learn to sum up what you did wrong and didn't do well enough, and know yourself and yourself. Get into the habit of writing daily newspapers (weekly and monthly). Make a list of today's goals for yourself in the morning, and judge yourself against these goals at night: which ones have been completed, which ones have not been completed, the percentage of completion, etc. Finally, get rid of your impetuous temperament and calm down and practice well.
